I was VERY disappointed in the customer service I received today. I was in a few weeks ago when I first moved to the area and talked to a SUPER sweet lady and said that I would be back. When I came back in today, the shift leader, I forget her name, was very rude and condescending. So much so that I left without purchasing a package. I will be looking for another tanning parlor.

My mom called in from California to set up a gift bag with a tan and Pure (pictured) was incredibly kind and friendly. She not only made a difficult request easy, but she was super sweet when I called her and when I came in to get my spray tan. The automated machine was great and I’m super happy with how it looks!

I’ve been going to Palm beach tan on lake Murray blvd for almost 10 years now. It’s the absolute best tanning salon around town. I live in West Columbia and I don’t mind the commute one bit. The staff is more than helpful and always friendly. They are probably one of the best work place team you could have. I have never had one bad experience here. The service is great and it’s very rare that you go here and have to wait for a bed. They keep the store so clean and cozy and they have the best sunless spray tan booth that sprays you evenly and last. I prefer the versa bc it gives me just the right shade of double dark that I love and they are the only tanning salon I can find with the versa. I recommend this store and I would give it a 10 star rating if I could.

Critical: QualityI was paying a monthly for a spay tan package . Cancelled today both spray machines don’t work properly and aren’t checked properly. My right side was sprayed before noticing . I’m now going some place else to try and even skin out . There is always issues with them . For 2 machines to not be working properly especially in Dec in unacceptable especially when paying monthly. I left this business for years because of this issue . I decided to give them another go . Definitely won’t be renewing a membership for the 3rd time . Positive: Professionalism**EDIT** I went in to tan today, 7/17/20, and was appalled by the actions of an employee Pamela. A customer was in front of me speaking with another employee and she interrupted taking that customer and sale from the other employee. It made me feel like she didn’t want to help me because she knew I was only coming to tan and it was not going to be as big of a sale. The other employee kindly checked me in and got me set up. Also when I left, Pamela was sitting in the corner of the lobby on her phone and did not speak or acknowledge me. The other employee was checking someone in but took the time to speak and tell me to have a nice day.I absolutely love this location!! Savannah is so knowledgeable about all the products and services. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. Cool, clean and wonderful customer service. What’s not to love. I love it there. They made me feel comfortable and at home. I like the perks from the points too. Justin and his team are great people. I had to cancel for financial reasons but I will be going back. Fantastic place for tanning!

I got there 10 mins after opening and when I walked in the assistant manager had trouble getting the tanning board to work. Apparently it was having some issues (completely not her fault at all) and I voluntarily offered to help get it working and she was very sweet and she fixed the problem smoothly. Had a great experience and the assistant manager was very personable. I am very satisfied and very happy that I got to help out. Definitely coming back. 🙂
