If I could give you a zero rating, I would, you should update your website to state that the Hendersonville Road location is closed until further notice because when someone looks online it says you open at 10 AM. I drove all the way from Hendersonville to come this morning and I have to drive all the way here before I see a sign on the door that says closed until further notice. That is completely irresponsible and shows no respect for your customers, we are the people who allow you to stay open because we purchase your products. I will be canceling my membership and calling corporate.

I wanted to jumpstart my tan before the summer months and before a trip that we had planned. Jenny was so helpful from the very first day and has done an excellent job helping me choose lotions and beds each time. She has come to recognize me when I arrive and greets me by name and has created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beds are great and if there is something going on with them she always communicates that; such as one day the particular bed I wanted had been acting quirky and turning off before the time was up. She told me about it up front and advised that she would watch the time and if it turned off early she would reset for me so I should just stay in the bed. It did turn off and she immediately reset it for me. Every time I have questions about the beds, lotions, etc, she always has time to talk and give me insight. Great job!

So it’s closed. Again. Come on guys. Post a sign at least Customer service goes to voice mail. I understand the whole short staff thing but firing great staff because they made it more homey is just pathetic. We will be requesting refunds and canceling our memberships. We pay for you to be open (and I won’t even get started on the old beds). Wednesday evening-closed. It’s Saturday mid afternoon-closed. Ugh! Am I missing something??????

It’s always clean and NEVER had them help someone first if they came in after me. I think some people that leave bad reviews just get on here to talk. Critical: PunctualityI was told to cancel my membership by the 25th or i would be charged again for the following month. I made sure to come in and cancel it. The lady who was running the front desk was rude and I’d never tanned with her before. I ended up getting charged for the next month and my membership was never canceled. The lady who was running the front desk was rude and I’d never tanned with her before. I ended up getting charged for the next month and my membership was never canceled. If you do business at this location make sure they cancel your account and follow up with them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just moved to town and have been looking for a new salon. I chose Ultra Tan because of their $10 first time deal so I could see how I liked it. My experience was TERRIBLE! I walked in about 45 minutes before closing and the employee made eye contact with me from the back of the store, but ignored me. She came running up about 30 seconds later because the phone was ringing…it was her boyfriend. She proceeded to stay on the phone with him for a minute before even looking at me. When I finally had her attention, she gave me paperwork to fill out and started complaining that she didn’t feel well and that her boyfriend was bringing her a smoothie. She mentioned at least three times how she wasn’t feeling well…AND WASNT WEARING A MASK!! I was giving her all of my information and had to keep repeating myself because she could not get it right. Another couple came in behind me so she put on her mask…over her chin, not her mouth or nose. When I was finally done telling her multiple times that I didn’t want a membership or other upgrades, she walked me back to my room and “jokingly” complained about people coming in close to closing time and how she had just cleaned the booth I was about to go into. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and if I get Covid, I know exactly where it was from!I will say one positive thing, the tan itself was even. I just moved to town and have been looking for a new salon. I chose Ultra Tan because of their $10 first time deal so I could see how I liked it. My experience was TERRIBLE!
