This place will lie to get your business. I paid over $130 to start a tan month here. Told them when I came I ONLY wanted it for 1 month cause mine is closed for remodeling. So I lay 8 days because I’m getting married in 10 days, from my join date here. So she says I can freeze my account til I get back from Jamaica, my honeymoon. So today I went back to finish my tan month I paid over $130 for, an she says I have to pay ANOTHER $72.99 to finish my 2 weeks I paid for. I said absolutely not..

This place is a total ripoff. They will lie to you. I had my account frozen and was told that I could use the “tanning bucks” for my first month’s tanning when I unfroze my account. HOWEVER they did not tell me that the month ended the NEXT DAY so I was charged for a total month and I have 60 bucks that can only be used on their products, which are so overpriced it is ridiculous. I told them I wanted to cancel as of TODAY and they said no refunds. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR – RUN DON’T WALK FROM THIS PLACE. I would give zero stars if I could.

This place is great! it was only $45. bucks for the lotion because I got a birthday promotion and I got a whole month of relaxing sessions just for me. All together, I spent $84.53. This is something I feel is a need before a want, now that I live in NC, because my skin is nowhere near being ready for these brutal rays here and summertime is just around the corner. I will save so much money on sunblock this year and in the meantime be able to have some ME TIME which is something I have seriously been neglecting all year long!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Place is pretty dirty & needs to be updated.. that’s why I subtracted 2 stars.. pretty sure they haven’t vacuumed since they opened! The beds do look clean, but they need to take out the trash & vacuum MUCH more often. With everything going on right now I would expect a business with so much traffic to be more tidy. I tried the spray tan in a medium & it gave me a even tan.. a little too orange for my liking but I’m hoping in a couple days It’ll be better. I would probably do it again, but do it a couple days before an event. I upgraded to the diamond package & the highest quality bed gave me a tan the first time in 5 mins! My cheeks did burn, but you can turn down the facial lamps.
