Employee’s are friendly and it always appears to be clean. My only thing is the regular 20 minute beds are older. When I have the chance to go to the one in North Myrtle Beach I will tan there bc their beds are more up to date.

Service is usually great and very clean, women are nice and very helpful. Yet i’ve been trying to go for the last week and the sign on the door says 10am- 8pm but the door is locked and lights are off.. i’ve tried 3 times the last couple of days during the hours they say they are open yet they are not. it’s been very inconvenient due to the fact i don’t know when they are actually open.

This place used to be great. They quit taking care of their beds. I signed up for their platinum package and decided to cancel after 2 months. I contacted corporate due to the condition of the beds, I included pictures for proof. They said they would have them fixed within a timely manner but they were not. Some were worn down, some were broken, I even had parts of a bed fall on me while tanning. It’s duct taped together! It’s far too expensive for beds that don’t work properly.

Very clean, and packages are very affordable!! I moved here from Cabarrus County, NC, about a year ago. Nowhere in my hometown could you find a tanning package, inclusive of spraytan, for the price Ultratan offers! Also, the staff at OIB location are very knowledgeable and friendly!!

I just went and signed up here today. The staff was very friendly and told me about all the available packages, and made sure I got the right one for all the traveling I do. The whole facility and the beds were extremely clean and I would highly recommend this place

I love it. The mgr is awesome some of the employees are the bomb that have been there FOREVER!! I have a 4 star reason but that was a one time and with a new employee. I will talk to the msgr like I said she’s awesome!!! 5 Stars all the way.
