Critical: PunctualityI live in the country… so it’s a drive to get anywhere. 30 mins to get here. This is the closest facility to the location I’m at. It says it’s open at 10a. I just want to say if your not going to open on the time your door and website said. Then you need to change it. I know everyone is short staffed but the manager should be there until someone comes in. I drive 30 minutes to get here and the other places are an hour away. Its after 11 am I’ve been here since 10:15. That’s poor management. Tanning

I’ve went here for years & will continue going as long as I live in the area. The staff has always been super friendly, helpful & honest. I never feel pressured to purchase extra products which is rare when visiting other tanning salons.

Carrie and the girls are great, the beds are great…but when you raise the price by over 30% to long term customers with no grandfather clause and tell them you didn’t make enough profit, cool. That’s when i take my yearly money elsewhere like Ocean Rayz down the road.

The location is the difference….the closer one to me is decent….the manager is very nice and helpful….but the spray tan equipment needs some work…..you don’t realize it until you visit another location and it’s a huge difference in your results…
