I’ve never had any issues, no matter the time of day or the employee. It’s always clean or the staff is busy cleaning. It has always seemed like they try to all keep eachother on the same page and make sure every staff member has the necessary information to make the day run smooth… which as a customer is so nice. I never have a long wait for my questions to be answered, check-ins, etc. The staff has been super friendly and professional. I opted for the $40 a month membership. At the beginning of the season they offered the stronger beds at half price on the weekends which was super nice because it helped me achieve color quickly even though I was only paying for the “regular ” beds (I’m not really sure how to word it). All in all I will always recommend the Westwood location.

I purchased a tanning lotion that was recommended a couple of weeks ago. When I went to apply it, I didn’t like the feel or how hard it was to apply it to my skin and not have streaks. I gave the $80 tube back and asked them if there was anything they could do. I still haven’t heard a response. Find your own tanning lotion before you go and don’t buy theirs if you are not sure of the product or you will just be wasting your money.
