So happy with my experiences at Palm Beach Tan Monroe! April has been so helpful to me since Day 1! From helping to select the best lotions for my skin tone, to switching up bed levels each visit in order to promote the best and more important SAFEST way to build good color. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and the staff is always so friendly to talk with so the wait has never been an issue 🙂 Not to mention the beds are always CLEAN!

Critical: ProfessionalismBed is rusting. Control panel completely non functional. The first couple times they gave me this bed I was told they had sent off for a new control panel. It’s been over a month, and no new panel. Today I was told if I wanted a working bed, I could upgrade my tanning package. Bed is rusting. Control panel completely non functional. The first couple times they gave me this bed I was told they had sent off for a new control panel. It’s been over a month, and no new panel. Today I was told if I wanted a working bed, I could upgrade my tanning package. And to top it off someone else’s hair was on the bed before I got in.
