Amazing service when I was there but I’ve had the worst time trying to cancel my membership. I called back in October to cancel my 1 week trial membership. I just checked my statement for January and my membership was never cancelled and they won’t refund me the 3 extra months.

Decided while on vacation to have a spray tan. I was shocked how affordable it was – $25, with a dark filter! No wait, the facility was beautiful, and the receptionist was so genuinely warm and inviting! Will definitely be returning when in town.

It is a good place to go with everyone sweet and so kind except for the store manager Julia. She is very rude and not just with me.. Ive been told she’s rude to a lot of people. Not sure why she is still there? I will give it 5 stars for the other workers like Pam that is so awesome and the others. The manager has nothing to do with the rating.

I went at the very end of December to get a spray tan. I had never received a tan before and wanted to go in and ask about the specifics. I was convinced to sign up for the $50 a month membership package and told that it would save me a lot of money. I was charged $50 for January in the last few days of December, then when I went at the beginning of January I found out they were offering a free first month for new members that had not been offered to me and was told I could not have. I thought this was unfair because it was my first month but I was not receiving the deal but decided to let it go.

I experienced the worst customer service of my life at Palm Beach Matthews. Noelle, an assistant manager, really needs training on customer service and retention. After interacting with her I canceled my membership on the spot. I have been a member for years. Truly horrible and would never recommend this place again. There are much better places to get a spray tan where managers care about their customers.

I have been a customer with Palm Beach Tan for 15 plus years and have tanned at multiple locations. Over the past few months this location has gone completely down hill. The staff is rude, not knowledgeable about the products, and the customer service you receive is completely unacceptable. They have over charged for spray tan additives for myself as well as other members. The new manager, JC, sees no wrong in what his staff is doing. I have also reached out to the area manager Kelly a week ago and have not received a call back as of yet. I will now proceed to contact their Corp office. Needless to say, I will not tan with Palm Beach Tan anymore. I found another tanning place, Ultra Tan, that offers a cheaper membership, quality equipment, and better customer service.

Great beds, awesome hours, good package prices. Be prepared to fight for why you’re not buying something every time you go in. Like, literally endure five minutes of questioning. I buy my lotion somewhere else and have to give the same story every single time I go in. It can be exhausting and detract from how much I enjoy going in.

I’ve had a membership here for a few months. I call early in the month (July) to see if I can cancel my membership over the phone (I am beyond busy with a my job and also having just started a side business) they politely tell me I have to come in person to cancel as long as I do it before the end of the month. I go in yesterday (last day of the month) to end my membership. Everything is great, until I’m finished signing & about to walk out and the other young lady working pipes in and informs me, I needed to cancel my me membership prior to the 25th of the month in order not to be billed for the following month. This was the first time I had been told this. They then became rude. As a business woman I was appalled. Not only had I not been told the truth regarding canceling my policy from my first call but now these young girls were giving me attitude. After working 14+ hours that day I did not have the energy to argue. I would not recommend anyone getting a membership at this establishment unless you enjoy being told one thing and having them do another just for the sake of making a buck.
