On March 25, 2019 I went into the New Garden location to cancel my membership due to personal reasons. Upon entering the store I was hassled about buying lotion which I didnt not want. The girl working was very rude and to me that was not my normal experience as I normally visit a different location where everyone is very nice and helpful, but i was on my lunch break and trying to get somethings done. So once she stopped trying to sell me every lotion on the shelf I went ahead a tanned since there was other people waiting in line. After tanning I went to the counter where there is now two employees standing one being the store manager Ivy (on her name tag). I said I wanted to cancel and the response was “UGH WHY?!?” from Ivy. I feel it is a personal reason and if I need to cancel my membership I shouldn’t catch such a attitude especially from the store manager. Both women were so rude and giving me horrible looks, so I signed the pad and left. They both stood in the window watching me as I left, I felt so embarrassed and so uncomfortable.
