As a former Tanning consultant years ago I’m aware of the laws. They never ask for eyewear even though it’s against state regulation. One employee specifically has a sickening and unprofessional relationship with the customers. On several occasions Brooke has flirted with grown men and has even asked for them to bring her food. Hair under the acrylics and disgusting floors, I don’t pay that much money to have such a disgusting experience. Canceled my membership and will be heading to sun tan city.

How many clients does this place have to lose. Hire professional and respectful employees. I will never return due to the rudeness and poor quality beds. Spray tans are awful! Im from Florida and never experienced a salon like this. Front desk should be welcoming not put out that someone walked in. They also should not make a member wait and wait while they explain tanning to a non-member… its called muti-tasking and taking care of ALL customers! Fyi…. The spray tan comes first then the tan bed if someone is doing a cocktail! Not the other way!

They are very friendly. The bulbs even on the cheapest beds are changed regularly so getting a great looking tan is not a problem at all. Plus I only spend $25.-ish a month for unlimited tanning. They have deals all the time. Like I just got a new lotion at a 35% discount for Valentine’s day! The young lady who told me about the lotion discount took her time to explain each and every one until I felt comfortable with the one I selected. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because of the 24 hour rule. You can not tan not even 5 mins. early. Only every 24 hours. Other than that I really enjoy their business.

I have been tanning here for a few years.I have always had a great experience. I had to leave for about 2 years due to illness. I just came back at the end of June. I’m very pleased to see that Palm Beach has gotten even better . The beds are always warm no matter which level. The staff goes over and beyond to make my tanning experience so nice. They even were nice enough to wait on me to get there the other night even though it was almost closing time. They have a wide range of lotions too. From lower prices to higher prices. There’s a lotion for everyone. Tanning prices here are way cheaper than their competition. And they reward you with nice perks every month. There is a sale or a special usually about every week or two. That’s a plus. I absolutely adore PBT
