Sanford ultra tan is amazing! I hardly ever have to wait, beds are super clean and staff is very easy to get along with. It’s like the staff is your instant friend and there to help in anyway possible. Michelle Perkins is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a place of business and I can ask her anything no matter how crazy and she is there to help and do all she can. I have been tanning here for about 4 months. It is definitely as good as it gets in Sanford (not hard to do). The beds are always good with a good variety. Tanning products are way over priced even with your package discount. I have found the exact products they sell on Amazon for less including thier discount, plus you can get a larger variety of products. If you’re prime you don’t pay shipping. Service is usually pretty good unless they get busy. There is usually only one attendant on despite having two registers. UPDATE!! I have had a very timely response from Ashley the salon manager regarding this review. We had already discussed the unpredictable wait times due to one attendant on staff. Understandably, she staffs according to demand and when it’s slow she has a lighter staff. But….she has encouraged her staff to be aware of it. Her response is greatly appreciated. As for the tanning products, I’ll just say compare ingredients and decide for yourself if there’s a difference.

I just started going here and I’ve been very pleased with the service and quality of the salon. I also lost my wedding ring here this week. I was frantic, spoke to an employee this morning and it was returned by the manager, Valerie this evening. I wasn’t expecting to get it back, and I am so grateful for their honesty and contacting me to return it. This quality of service and friendliness is hard to come by these days and I very much appreciate it.

Staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Beds and rooms are always clean. The longest I’ve ever had to wait is maybe 5 minutes. They make me feel welcome and always great me when I enter and goodbye when I leave. The price for tanning is pretty good, the tanning products are high. Get the products lower and yall would have it the best I’ve seen.
