Haven’t been to a tanning salon in years. Going on a cruise in March so wanna get a jump on a tan. Holly was very informative and explained all the different beds, sprays, lotions, and packages. She was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I had a bad experience at another Paom Beach so I tried the Winston Salem location and it was so much better. Jesees was so helpful and kind and took her time to help me with which color would look best with my skin tone. I actually left some jewlrey behind and she called me right away. They have definantly stepped up their customer service. Whittney is the best spray tanner in the world. She takes time and sprays you like she’d want to be sprayed. They reward their loyal customers and help any way they can. Beds are always clean andthe beauty bed and sauna bed are awesome. They are the only salon that I know of that has them. They also have great personalities and make you feel like family.

i’ve had a membership at the Stratford salon for years…and it’s hard for me to believe anyone could leave a negative review. the staff have always been extremely friendly, polite & professional. if there’s a rush of tanners during peak hours the staff hustle to serve everyone ASAP. bonus: the entire salon is squeaky clean. based on my experiences and observations, this location is a business model for customer service and hard-working employees.
