Critical: Professionalism, ValueWent in for last minute spray tan before an unexpected beach trip (showered before to exfoliate as recommended). Staff recommended “medium” spray and I’m paper white. Followed instructions given @ primer I purchased and lotion @ cuticles, knees, elbows, etc. Next morning, my face looked horribly “dirty”, I had a 3″ wide downward stripe across the entire left side of my body where it wasn’t sprayed at all and several other streaks as well. It looked really bad. Today, I called to speak with a manager to simply relay my experience as feedback. I was very nice when I phoned as being mad about it won’t change it LOL. The staff member was very argumentative, demanded full details before giving the message to the manager and actually said “well she is busy and is going to want to know what she is calling you for”. My time is valuable too and I don’t like repeating a story multiple times. Went in for last minute spray tan before an unexpected beach trip (showered before to exfoliate as recommended). Staff recommended “medium” spray and I’m paper white. Followed instructions given @ primer I purchased and lotion @ cuticles, knees, elbows, etc. Next morning, my face looked horribly “dirty”, I had a 3″ wide downward stripe across the entire left side of my body where it wasn’t sprayed at all and several other streaks as well.
