Palm Beach has always been a pleasurable experience. The cost can be a little demanding, as I don’t tan all year. It would be nice to be able to newer lotions all the time but the prices can just be exponential. I don’t even pay that much for makeup I wear everyday and I wear high quality makeup. I feel if the prices were better I’d be more easily convinced to buy! The only reason I even have good products is because I worked there at one point and my discount allowed me to purchase good products. Overall not disappointed, and always find the environment extremely clean.

Overall I must admit the price of the salon is a little much, though the package is great and the staff is wonderful I figured the price would pay for its self especially in the cold winter months and you don’t get the sun we all love. The beds are great and in just the short 4 sessions I have done so far I can see my color coming back. I think what sold me on the price how the cashier was very informative and the fact that I am locked into that price even after I freeze my account and come back, that I will still continue to pay that amount. I feel the staff is very nice, knows what their talking about and was able to answer every question I had. Plus I like the fact that they explained to me what the platinum package was, how it is the better deal for someone like me just starting out, and that it wasn’t about the money but the best thing for me to get my natural glow back. She all but said the 9$ package would be fine but that if I really wanted to see results and keep up what I missed my tan, then either the premium or platinum package would be better since I had so many perks with it and could go on multiple beds and not just one type of bed all the time. I love the atmosphere and the customer service. I would definitely recommend them and am excited to continue going back.

This is my absolute favorite PBT in the Richmond area. Girls are always extremely sweet and never pushy with lotions/upgrading packages. Their customer service sold me, I drive an extra 10 minutes just to come here and will continue to do so.
