I have had a membership for over a year and have never had an issue. Tonight when I came in Alex was irate and horrible to myself and other customers in the building. She refused to let anyone tan and called the “non emergency” police officers to have all of the paying customers removed from the building—all whilst her poor co-worker Mia was being as sweet as can be.

Erica at the Short Pump location is knowledgeable, professional and gives you a personalized service. The salon is always clean and the staff friendly. PBT should have the employees at other locations train with Erica, so all clients get the same consistent great service at ANY location they visit. I’m specifically referencing the Colonial Heights salon – worst customer service ever. I would highly recommend anyone to become a member of PBT.

Not many tanning choices in RVA. Typical hard sell approach one finds in any PBT is here. Prepare to be patronized about your ideas about tanning by the staff that is the same age as ones own kids. Constantly pitching the upsell, overpriced lotions and questioning if you know how to tan. Pahleese change your used car lot sales tactics PBT. If there was another option, I would be there.
