I love this spot and I love the girls that work there. Very professional, helpful and customer friendly. The one thing that I do not like about this business is that these employees are pushed and expected to sell these $100-$200 bottles of lotion which right now, I find absolutely ludicrous. I just hope they pay their employees well and don’t ride them to meet a sales goal with these ridiculously priced sunless tanning lotions.

The girls that work at this salon are terrible. They are very rude and are lazy. They lock the door before close time most nights and laugh at you when you walk up. I wasn’t even going into tan tonight just to grab a lotion tonight and the blonde older lady with very smeared makeup that was working closing shift tonight 3/26/22 with the younger brunette girl are an embarrassment to the company and cannot believe they are the face of palm beach. There is a woman I believe is in a manger position that stated in front of me and other customers “ yeah I took that dumb b**** out the group chat. She’s lucky the only thing she lost was her job” I will most definitely not be coming to this salon. The negativity that this salon promotes and the staff on staff bullying and the customer shaming is sad. The environment is very uncomfortable. I chose palm beach because it was close to my work and my home but I will be canceling my membership and would rather drive to salon a little further away that treats their customers better and the staff isn’t so catty.

Always a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their UV beds and spray tans combined with a very diverse selection of skincare products are unmatched in the Central VA area. Though the prices can be a bit expensive, it is understandably well worth the money for access to extremely clean and well maintained facilities and top notch service from the industry’s top provider!

I usually enjoy coming to this location, but tonight I was really set of by the person up front. I’ve been going there for 3 years now, I know my skin and I know what I can handle. Instead of giving the allowed time I had asked for, the lady up front told me what she recommended and I told her that it was fine and I knew what my skin can handle and she caught an attitude about it and almost seemed like I was bothering her. And for the 3 years I’ve been going, I haven’t seen her until recently. I think the customer service from her to be rude and very unprofessional.

Super helpful staff! They really take the time to explain stuff to you and help you with whatever you need! I had to get a spray before a wedding and I’m.always concerned if I’ll be orange. I’ve gone here a couple times now. And its the place I trust. I really can’t complain.
