Tonight was so busy & Sara was the only employee working, but I can’t say enough nice things about her. While the waiting room was full, she never showed any frustration or seemed overwhelmed. Her exceptional customer service never wavered and I know I’m not the only one who appreciates that. She didn’t rush through the process of checking people in, but did so in an effective and efficient manner. Big props to her, I know some people were probably rude due to the small wait, but she did so well!

It is a clean nice place to tan, but the staff is not very coherent. It is either the staff is not trained properly or they just don’t know how to program the equipment. But definitely not happy paying a ‘lot” of hard earned money for tanning for services that have restrictions and staff that cannot operate equipment…

Amazing experience with the manager of this location! It was my first time there and she most definitely made me feel welcome. I didnt feel like she was shoving products down my throat but making genuine recommendations. Of course I can’t remember her name right now but she’s adorable and bubbly lol and I’m looking forward to my next tanning session!

Careful using this place as even after canceling my membership for my Ex they continued to charge my card a suspension fee for months and I didn’t catch it. When I called and explained this issue they assured me it would be taken care of. Next month they charged my card again and refused to remove it from their records. Dispute filed with my bank to resolve months of reoccurring payments now fixed.

Went in last night for a spray tan and the front desk ladies were absolutely amazing !!! There was a long line so I knew I would have to wait but they kept my updated on wait time and I could tell they were making every effort to run things as smooth and fast as possible! I had never done a mystic and they matched my color to make sure I was going to be happy with my result ! And I love it!! Way to go girls y’all rock !
