I come to this location twice a week on average utilizing my monthly spray tan membership. The employees are usually all very nice, however, I have come on a few occasions when they have locked the doors prior to their closing time of 9pm. They still leave the “open” sign on even though they have locked the doors which is also deceiving. It is frustrating driving all the way here for a 4 minute spray tan just for the door to be locked, especially when I pay for an expensive unlimited tanning monthly membership. When particular employees are there, some items are not stocked in the rooms such as towels, nose plugs, etc. I have gotten undressed and ready to tan several times only to have to hold my breath in the booth due to no nose plugs 🙁

The staff here (even a brand new employee) was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their products and their beds. Theyre noticeable hard workers who get their beds clean and available fast. Ive never had to wait very long at this location and the bulbs always feel fresh. Extremely nice even when I was running late and came in close to closing! 10/10 would recommend this location.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been a Palm Beach customer for many years now and even in multiple states. I was less than impressed with my visit at this particular location. The tanning consultant who checked me in just put me in whatever Platinum level bel she had available… I typically ONLY use the bed due to skin issues. She told me I was room 17 I went down to the room and immediately realized it was an Ergoline. I went back up to the front and asked if the bird was available and was then told that they did not have the bird and that the Ergoline was just as good. Never asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a different bed… recommended another bed with frosted acrylic like the bed I use… it was VERY obvious she was irritated to be there and it seemed as if I was inconveniencing her by asking questions. The tanning consultant who checked me in just put me in whatever Platinum level bel she had available… I typically ONLY use the bed due to skin issues. Do NOT ever go here. They have the WORST business edicate from their store representatives to their store manager to the general manager. Lauren , the “manager”, is NEVER available or here at the store. Every time there is an issue she makes an appointment, but then leaves instead of fixing serious problems. Their General Manager always says she wil call you back, but never does. Their store representatives are not “authorized” to do anything but clean beds. Anytime you ask them any other question they aren’t really sure of anything that’s going on. God forbid you guys actually get burnt due to their representatives that do not have a clue on how to properly advise you on what you need to do. They aren’t even up front with you about the costs of what they are charging you.
