I have been using Palm Beach Tan for years. I go to 2 different locations. I really like tanning there and the staff is great…there are some super sweet and extremely helpful employees at both locations. Recently it seems they are often out of stock of a lot of Mystic items (add ins such as the accelerator, nose plugs, lip balm, and baby wipes). If you have ever done the Mystic without using nose plugs or baby wipes you will understand why it’s problematic. They also have not had the lotions and body wash I wanted. Both stores seem to have the same issue so it may be a manufacturing thing.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had the worse experience today at the palm beach tan in Woodbridge. Brianna was very rude and lacked costumer service skills. I asked for a corporate office number and a name of the person that oversees the facility and she told me she could not give that to me. I would really like to speak to someone in authority over the palm beach tan In Woodbridge. I Felt very degraded by Brianna. She was not helpful and let’s just say I was left half naked standing at the door of tanning room number one for her to tell me she was helping other customers. I kept trying to talk to her from the room and from the open door where I was standing half naked… The bed was not turning on and she didn’t seem to care. Other costumers saw me standing near room 1 half dressed. She checked in all the other costumers and didn’t care about me asking for help half clothed! She even went on to clean a bed for another costumer before helping me. I was not even upset over the disappointment of the tanning bed not working properly . I was disappointed and felt very disrespected by Brianna and she seemed to care less! I have been a member of palm beach tan for over a year and have visited other locations but palm beach tan in Woodbridge is the worst. They need to teach their employees mainly Brianna how to respect others! I pay monthly for my membership it’s definitely not free and it’s pretty pricey and to be disrespected was a horrible experience! I have more to say and again would really like to voice my complaints to someone in charge. Brianna was extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my experience even though it was very busy and she was managing many other clients close to closing time. She was knowledgeable, kind and made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer. She didn’t push me to buy anything and led me in the right direction of what products to buy. Friendly staff, clean and bright. I have done Mystic and the beds all equipment is great. If you have questions about packages or services the staff is there to help, not push a sale. I’m a seasonal customer and so it helps when you can freeze your account to reap the rewards later. It’s also very easy to cancel. Again, they are great!
