I usually only tan here in the Spring to get a jump on my summer tan. It has always been a good experience: clean, fairly priced in my opinion, and gets the job done! However, I recently got a spray tan here for a special event in the winter and was very impressed! The girls at the front desk explained all of my options and gave me recommendations based on my complexion, hair, and eyes to get the best color for me. Between the primer, the bronzer, and the actual color, my tan was exactly what I wanted! And it lasted longer than I thought it would, a little over a week. Next time I need some quick color, this is definitely what I’ll be doing!

gave $130 to tan for three days I was trying to tan and the manager wasn’t in I went to Fairfax where the manager made my account and went into Fairfax tanning and the lady called Simone wouldn’t let me tan and wouldn’t let me talk to the manager on the phone to ask her why I couldn’t tan and she was very very rude to me wanted me to pay for a tan after me already paying $130 a week before

Great visit as usual!! Staff is always friendly and smiling. I rarely ever have to wait for a bed and when I do it’s not a long wait. The staff keeps me updated on the latest deals and bed upgrades so I’m never missing out. I feel like my needs are met as a customer and I’m not just checked in and pushed out. I really enjoy my Fairfax,VA location.

The staff here is always super nice and friendly. There is always a clean bed and ready when I come to tan, which has been for several years. I will continue to come to this Palm Beach Tan because of how nice the staff has been. I have seen some of the other negative reviews and I really don’t understand what they’re about. Perhaps, the other customers should use some emotional intelligence and realize new employees may make mistakes, but nothing purposely malicious towards customers. Great staff and location. Thank you for all of your work. 🙂

Overpriced tanning salon. The beds are average and the staff was somewhat knowledgeable. I was told by the lady at the front desk that they were running a special (buy 2 sessions and get 1 free). I bought a small packet of lotion and my total came out to $82. 2 sessions (1 free) and a small packet of lotion for $82 is beyond expensive. This is me writing a honest and nice review. I could go into detail about a few other things and be extremely rude but I wont because yesterday was MLK jr day and I want to be nice.

The tanning bed in room 2 would shut off. So I had to change with the bed on while I was still in the room… very dangerous for your eyes…. I’ve complaint about this once before and since it happened again within 2 month, I felt like more people should be aware. The manager Karley Hover really need a to get on that. I cancel my membership I dont feel like they follow the guidelines to make it a safe place…. think FINAL DESTINATION!!!!
