Continued great customer service in a clean and professionally operated salon. It’s easy to be great for a year.. but they have been in business at this location for many years and have been providing dependable results the entire time. Check out their memberships if your going to go more than once. A membership monthly will save you a bundle!

Critical: ValuePut account on hold over the winter and found out that the continue to charge you credit card $8.25 a month. Employee says it was part of the contract that I signed. Sounds very shady. Go somewhere else.

I have been going to PBT for 2 years and over time my experience has been wonderful. There is never a negative trip. The beds are always clean and if I decide to get a cocktail tan or spray tan the tanning associates are great and let me do what I want that day! I love being able to talk to them too, depending on the day and staff I can stay and chat for a little which makes me want to come back and allows me to look forward to my next visit! This is my favorite salon to visit & I will continue to go!

I just want to say my other half an I came in last saturday am. The place was packed with only one person working. She was running around like she was on a mission..but the best part was she continually had a smile on her face and was very apologetic about the wait. She deserves a Gold Star. Excellent customer service while being bombarded with customers who were all not as patient as we were..cant remember her name but she was a young tall dark haired girl with a smile on her underlying stressed face. She def deserves a pat on the back

I was disappointed overall because the versa booth was not available alot of times I went and the other spray tan did not do anything for me it would turn off before I was preparing myself with the $60 tube of pre tanning I was putting on,it would stop it said session has ended and the girl there came and told me to pull the bottle outta the machine,I told her it was empty and she didn’t replace it she reset the machine so I got in the booth but after I finished the session, I didn’t have any color on me at all! I came home waited hours for the color to show and it never did,she had me check the bottle myself and had me put the empty bottle back ,I don’t think it was closed all the way and I think thats the reason it did not work,i don’t think the customers are supposed to do the maintenence on the spray booths themselves, I really believe I didn’t close it properly and the bottle they had me pull out of the booth and reinstall was not installed properly and it was empty anyway so I believe that was the reason I never got anything out of the session ,so I was very disappointed especially because I had plans for that Friday night and wanted a nice tan since I was wearing a dress i wanted to have tan legs on top of it, they only had light and medium available on that booth ,they were out of dark ,which is what I always used,it was my last tan for my month I paid for, I invested alot of money on tanning which I would not have minded ,I paid for single tans,when I first started going and then I inquired about the monthly unlimited ,so I purchased another month after my ist on ended,so it added up to alot of money when you think about all the single ones I purchased ,then I went to monthly and alot of times I wasn’t able to get the versa due to it being out of order or the color I wanted ,I was going to purchase another month but decided to look for other tanning salons, due to being disappointed many times and especially my very last one, didn’t do anything at all, the color never came out after waiting the 4 to 6 hours of waiting, i also was told different information from different staff ,so I found that confusing, so I went on utube to get info and tips using spray tan booths,its disappointing because both locations were really convenient for me,I did want to purchase a 3rd month but had to many mishaps at palm beach, I would definitely purchase more months,if they could guarantee that all shades are in stock at least most of the time and they would offer a courtesy bronzer or something when you pay for the months and the tubes of the pretanning and time after time the versa would not be Available, it was not a bad experience, I just saw room for improvement,I will say that the girls there were all very nice,and friendly
