Staff is ok but this 24 hour protocol down to the minute is insane! I understand not doing back to back tanning but I came in as close to the 24 hour mark as I could and had to wait an extra 10 mins. Waiting until the exact last minute is crazy! I’ve never been to a place that does this. Def feel overcharged for ridiculous service such as this. Not sure I’d come back again after this month is up. B

First my spray tan cost more then what they told me on the phone, because you have to pay for additives so your spray tan doesn’t look orange and make look more like natural. They gave me instructions that did not make any sense. Bottom line, WORST spray tan ever!! It was all blotchy and still looked on the orange side. I will never go back! I would never recommend this service to anyone!

They unfroze my account back in November without me knowing. I’ve been getting billed for 3 months without knowing. I’ve called several times to get the issue resolved but have yet to get refunded. Really sad you all are doing this to people and then giving them the run-around when they try to get refunded.

I just started tanning again a few weeks ago and I love it at Palm Beach tan! They aren’t “cheap” but you get what you pay for and their beds & establishment are worth every penny you spend here! Great updated beds, always nice and clean and a very friendly staff! I have had multiple employees check me in and every one of them has been wonderful! Very polite and also very educated and informative about their products, which usually ends with me buying something else I just have to have Definitely recommend!

Awesome customer service! Always friendly as soon as you walk in the door. But especially in an instance where i went to go tanning around 3 was told a 30 minute wait, no big deal just decided to come back due to errands that needed done. Came back after 7 with another 30 minute wait. After waiting only about 5 to 7 minutes was told they were upgrading me to a higher bed due to the long wait time and coming back again. I thought that was great customer service and very nice as they did not have to do that for not just me but the other guests also waiting. Always clean too!

My husband and I drove 20 minutes to get to the salon from home on Friday evening, arrived at 8:15pm, and the place was closed with no note on the door or explanation. There were two other people behind us who arrived as well. The salon was supposed to be open until 9pm. It was an unfortunate inconvenience. The time before that, the air conditioning in the store wasn’t working. Haven’t had the best of luck there.

I go to the one in Frederick. The PBT on 26. The girls are absolutely AMAZING! They remember my name, the lotions I like, the beds I like and are so friendly. Also the manager is always interacting with the customers and also keeps up with the lotions and smells you like and is willing to go to other store to get you something they don’t have in stock. There beds are clean and they truly show results. I love PBT!
