Extremely clean and these work super hard! (Lexie has been especially awesome!) There is rarely any wait time for the beds and everyone is so kind. I was always told when I had any upgrades and was always asked if I needed any lotions or had any questions or requests, etc. All of the beds did their jobs well and were comfortable with great fans and airflow. I currently have my membership frozen due to eye surgery, which is a wonderful option to not have to cancel my membership. I may come back doing their spray tan membership for the winter, but either way I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to tan!

The store is always super clean and the employees are always very helpful and informative. My favorite employee is Anya. She is focused and thorough when trying to work out any account issues, scheduling, etc. A+ for cleanliness and customer service.

Tried to get a spray tan. Wouldn’t let me in because of being 17 even though I tried to call and no one answered. Also there was nothing on their website about needing consent. Terrible!

Very clean facility and polite guest services. My only complaint is You have to wait a full 24 hours before your next tanning session. I had a schedule change and thought hey pop in and do my 10 minute tanning only to find out that I can only go in at A full 24 hour later. I was there a day before at 1:40 PM. Arrived at 12:40 and was told that I could not go until after 140. Since this wasn’t a planned visit I will not be driving up the road again just to go tanning. In this situation Since it was only an hour off my 24 hours I should have been able to tan. An hour difference does not violate any safety protocol.

Very disappointed. I’ve gotten spray tans there multiple times and wanted one before my trip. Somehow they lost my consent, but not the information of me getting spray tans. Then the manager wasn’t willing to work with me. I was polite, but was treated with poor customer service. Would not recommend. Also this isn’t the first time I’ve been treated like this. Very disappointed.

Place is hospital clean, state of the art beds and super friendly, well informed staff! I live in Alabama and was visiting my parents in Annapolis so I decided to check it out The staff was s nice, they treated me like a regular. I love palm beach tan! Highly recommend

Front desk was uninterested in giving any information about pricing, handed me a book, was annoyed at any questions I asked. Didn’t want to discuss anything accept a 30 day membership with a credit card. Didn’t even come back to show me how to work the beds. If those girls are too good to work there and do their jobs they need to find someone else to do it. Won’t ever go back to Annapolis Palm Beach tan again.

Two out of the three women working there were extremely rude and uncooperative. This was my first time getting a spray tan and they did not do a good job at explaining at all. Whenever I asked a question they gave me a dirty look and made me feel like I was stupid for asking it. I’m not even sure if I did the whole thing right, because of their lack of explanation. I would not recommend and will never visit this place again. They need to review their customer service standards.

Typically I go to the Palm Beach Tan in Gambrills, but occasionally when I’m closer to Annapolis I come to this location. The manager, Camille was originally in Gambrills and she’s always so nice and sweet as well as always recognizes me and always answers any questions I have! Unfortunately today the front desk girl (4/18/18 around 7ish) wasn’t that pleasant and was kind of bratty! Other than that I love this location! Beds are always super clean as well as the spray tan booths!

Be wary of the package plans, I was talked into the 90.00 package, there’s a 45 day expiration. I used it once and had family emergency when I returned it had expired. Why does a spray tan expire? Read the fine print, common occurrence here.
