We (me and my daughter) had gone in the Spring 2022 and bought a 3 package spray tan and a great experience. Decided to come back because she has a dance coming up this weekend. The person behind the desk seemed very inexperienced so we were patient, she didn’t know anything about the primers, she told me the one time tan was $25 but then told me $37 when she charged my card. We kept insisting that we used a primer in the past and she looked like a deer and the headlights and didn’t know anything about that. So my daughter went in for the spray tan. She came out as pale as she went in. I went back to the girl and asked if we could buy the primer (it was included in the past and I think it should have been included for $37) and try the spray tan again. She then told us that the color will show up later. So now I have to find another place for a spray tan. It’s a shame because this place was so good back in the spring and so close to our house.

I have been going to the Belair Road location for years and when Lexy left, who was fabulous we then had Kate. I just loved her. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. I truly wish she was not transferred. I love the staff but, I really miss her. Tanning

I had a great experience. Palm Beach Tan is very sufficient compared to other tanning places I have had memberships with. The customer service representative Kate was amazing! She was very detailed and specific about Covid rules/sanitation, the contract, what tanning bed/time would be best for my skin. Her thoroughness made me feel at ease and she made herself available for me if I needed anything during my time there. Abby was another representative working and was very kind. Thanks Kate for being very social and doing a great job!

From Day 1, the Staff has been Amazing!! I’m thrilled with the package I got. I’m BEYOND grateful that I was talked into buying a bigger package than the lowest. Also, by buying a lotion it knocked off the $20 sign up fee. The beds are big and comfortable (and ALWAYS clean)!!! I will stay a member as long as they are there !!!!!

The employees are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Not to mention the salon is very clean! I had a hard time deciding on which lotion to get because I did not want to fork out the money and the salon employee was very helpful in letting me smell the different lotions that were compatible to the Miss Designer lotion i had my heart set on. I ended up buying the one I wanted anyway (Miss Designer), but was able to justify it because they gave me free upgrades and a spray tan! How Awesome!!!! Definitely worth going to. You may may a little more but you’re also getting quality.
