Since I’ve left a review for other locations I might as well do this one. I went there for my first time today. Sarah and Ambria welcomed me and were absolutely wonderful. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I love this location and will be returning. I would recommend this location to anyone. I can’t thank them enough for helping me and taking the time to talk to me. They are great !!

Staff is super nice and the booths are clean, but if you get the lowest tier plan expect either the bulbs to be burning out or the fans to only run at off, low, or tornado. They either barely give you a breeze or tear your clothes off entirely. which wouldn’t be an issue normally but they’re also really loud at clothes torn off level. There is a convenience to not having to remove my pants manually but I feel like I would sacrifice that for a medium setting if given the choice.

I’ve been going here on and off for about a year, and the staff right now is always so welcoming and nice, a big change from this time last year. The tanning is good, I don’t usually have to wait, and I go around 5:30 pm during the week. Just wanted to give the staff a big thumbs up!!!

My experience with this location has been great with a few of the employees and the assistant manager. The Tanning / Spray tan services are Great. But the only issue I have is the lack of knowledge they did not proceed to let me know of is when signing up for the monthly Tanning. I was lied to stating a CC needed to be on file for processing and it would come out monthly mind you this is not a contract and I can stop whenever I wanted. But I look at my account and almost $300 was attempted on multiple occasions to my card when I was not using the service, It was later told to me that the I was on a monthly base yes, but reacquiring. If I am not on contract nor on agreement to terms I would have been using the services if they were going to try and charge me anyway. In no way was I told there were TWO choices I pay for the month and tan for a month, pay and use. The point of this review is not to down the company but to reassure clients / customers that use the service please be told your options. The lack of communication is NOT professional. I get a sale is a sale but as customer I want the same service I would give someone else.

Tim the manager here is the best. He makes sure I’m satisfied EVERY time. Any kinks as a cross market tanner are smoothed our w such a positive attitude. He’s informative not pushy. I love him. When I’m in the area there are several PBTs nearby but I go to his location due to his service. Thanks Tim you Rock. I’m a Versa girl, their room and booth are always clean, the store stays well stocked down to the waters in the cooler. I would highly recommend.

I’m a diamond member and am new to indoor tanning. I go to both the Glen Burnie and Arbutus Location. The staff is AWESOME at both locations. Everyone is so nice and always helpful. I never feel pressured into buying lotions and products. The staff is all very knowledgeable about all of the lotions. They are definitely overpriced. The staff does a great job recommending which level bed to use at each session to maximize my tan. Your staff definitley keep me coming back! My only complaint is the fact that there are times where there are bulbs burnt out in the beds. I mostly encounter this when I step down to the silver or gold beds. The Diamond package is very cost efficient because it includes unlimited spray tan

I was not aware of this at the time of the purchase. They were not professional nor did they help me. They then proceeded to try to sell me a spray tan for $15 after I already wasted $70. I do not recommend, Hollywood Spray Tans would of honored and respected the purchase.I bought a spray tan deal, buy 3 and get 1 free in October.
