I have never gotten a spray tan before, but wanted one for my wedding. I told this to the woman in the front and her face lit up. She was so excited to explain to me all of the details about the two kinds of spray tans they offer. She literally demonstrated the poses to stand in and showed me both machines. It was so kind of her and incredibly helpful for her to go that extra mile to help me make the best and most informed decision I could when deciding what kind of tan I wanted and what shade, etc. She seriously impressed me. My tan ended up looking awesome and I felt amazing in my wedding dress! Management, if you’re reading this, her name was Meghan and she’s the best. Give that girl a raise!

My experience for the first time here today. June 22,2018 was absolutely perfect! The girl I talked to was soo nice, polite and very informational! She made sure I knew what to do getting a spray tan and what she was providing me with and told me several times after she was adding things to make my tan perfect that it wouldn’t be any extra charge. Amazing Experience. I will definitely go back or even start a membership with them soon!! Awesome!

My first time at Palm Beach Tan today. Beautiful facility. Very clean and welcoming. Roz, whom I spoke with over the phone as I had some questions regarding the Versa Spa Sunless Tan system, was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions easily without hesitation and offered additional insight I hadn’t even thought of. I had experience with Mystic Tan at another salon but didn’t find the atmosphere terribly friendly or welcoming. This is not the case at Palm Beach Tan. Roz told me about sunless tanning primers to help with my tanning regime. Also shared the different additives you can add to the sunless tan serum so it didn’t smell like old time copper tone tan products that smell horrible. Really happy I reached out to them and look forward to being a regular customer. I strongly recommend them for your indoor / sunless tanning gift to yourself! Well worth it. Enjoy!

I had THE BEST experience at the Columbia location today! I took advantage of the free gold upgrade and ended up upgrading from PBTone to the discounted Gold price. The manager Tara hooked me up with extra perks and merchandise! Her employee Amonda was super nice and so helpful. She even gave me insights and tips about how she does her eye make-up since I told her I was going to be in a wedding soon. I absolutely LOVE the Columbia location and will drive further just to get their wonderful customer service. I feel like the girls that work at the Crofton location are lacking in personality and don’t offer their customers upgrades when they are advertised. I tanned at Crofton yesterday during the free gold upgrade week and the employees at the Crofton PBT didn’t let me know about the promotion and they make me feel like I’m an inconvenience when I check in…very rushed. The Columbia location was 100x cleaner…it felt so much more open & relaxed and the vibes from the staff were amazing. Tara and Amonda were so encouraging and took the time to listen to my tanning concerns and questions! They asked me about my upgraded tanning experience after my session was over and took the time to say goodbye as I was leaving. Columbia PBT is an overall awesome location with a great staff!
