Went in November and was so disappointed! The colors were confusing and off and the prices had almost doubled from when it was Aruba Tan. I had previously gone in September when it was Aruba Tan and was so pleased with my experience! This time around I had requested to get the color that is closest to Venetian Medium. I followed the instructions the workers told me and showed the next morning at around 5 AM after getting the tan the night before at around 7 PM. I got medium but was SO DARK I had to exfoliate the tan off the next day to avoid looking ridiculous for my vacation.

Facilities are fine but this is like the 4th+ time over the years I’ve gone and they’ve changed their hours (happens really frequently too) with the only notice being a note on the door. Seriously??? Answering machine, website, google business profile, etc. never updated. It’s literally been a month since they’ve changed the hours by the sign on the door with nothing updated. Pretty amusing they’d put the unmaintained website on the door posting tho. Doesn’t seem like they really think of their customers much. Also been going for years n no one informed me of the package deals to save money without a monthly premium until recently. Staff aren’t all trained well. All are Friendly sure but many are not all that helpful. I’ll just look for somewhere else to go considering how unreliable this place is.

I have been meaning to try Aruba for a while and finally had the time! I filled out a brief personalized questionnaire to find the best bed and package for my skin type and was quickly ready to go. Friendly staff, updated and clean rooms/beds, cute store in the front, fairly priced. Already excited to go back!

This is my first year tanning at Aruba and the staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. The facility is spotless and very well maintained. The various membership packages and reward programs make their already reasonable pricing an excellent value. I highly recommend it whether you are tanning for a special occasion, the summer, a vacation or even year round.

I got a (medium) airbrush from Jess and she was the BEST! I had gotten my first one for NYE back in December and went back to her for my MDW beach trip this past weekend. She did a great job, and on top of that, it started raining, and I mistakenly had to run out in it to get home and i ruined it within an hour of leaving the salon, called back to see what they could do and they advised I shower it off and come back that same evening and she would re-do it, AT NO COST! It was awesome customer service not to mention they were super busy that night but still took care of me! I would recommend her for Airbrushes – I got a lot of compliments of having a great tan!
