Positive: ProfessionalismI had a sunless tanning membership at the Bel Air location and was always very impressed with the staff and cleanliness. I love this location because they have the clear developer so I can go about my day without having to worry about the residue. A couple of times I arrived shortly before closing, along with other people who had the same idea, and the staff member patiently waited for us all to have a turn. Just now I interacted with Victoria, the location manager, because I am canceling my account in light of the pandemic. They had not charged customers for April, May, or June, which I appreciated, but I realized that even reopened I likely wouldn’t feel comfortable going out to get a tan when the virus is so communicable. She was very helpful and understanding! I had a sunless tanning membership at the Bel Air location and was always very impressed with the staff and cleanliness. I love this location because they have the clear developer so I can go about my day without having to worry about the residue. They always try to guide in the right direction on you’re tanning needs and what fits you and your skin best. Very knowledgeable on all their products. Definitely gonna be sticking with this salon for a long time.

Critical: ProfessionalismI purchased a tanning package at this salon and it was one of the worst decisions I ever made. When I got home I tried to figure out why I was charged so much and so I called the store. The lady said that I had been charged for 2 packets of tanning lotion. I never asked for tanning lotion and I’m not sure why that was added to my charge. I certainly never received the lotion packets. I asked the girl to please check the video camera and she said “oh you left the packets on the counter”, which is a blatant lie. Since the packets were never desired nor did they ever leave the store I asked if she could reverse the charge and she refused. I was placed on hold and then she hung up. I tried calling back multiple times and was placed on hold and then hung up on. This is extremely unprofessional and also illegal to charge someone without their consent and keeping the product for yourself. Corporate should look into this.
