Immediately as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome! Lindsay was very nice and helpful to describe all the memberships and what comes with each one, and helping me figure out which one was the best for what I’m looking for in my tanning experience. She was very knowledgeable of all products for sunbed tanning and got me the best product to suit my needs.

I spoke with a manager in the morning about getting a deal for spray tans for our Cheer program for 10-20 girls. The am manager was very nice and offered us $20 per tan. I brought 5 of us in around 3pm and she honored the deal, decent service. 20 minutes after I left 2 more people came and were told the deal wouldn’t be honored. I guess the Am manager wasn’t allowed to offer this but a good district manager would honor the deal for that day and the following like agreed upon and later correct the problem of communication with your staff. Very disappointed and you missed out on major business from us. We have a program of 125 girls, plus hundreds of moms and coaches. I’ll be sure to tell them all to never go to your salon again. The evening staff was also very rude when I called to inquire about the issue. I was put on hold for 10 minutes.

Definitely recommend this location. It’s clean, Amber(front desk gal) was very friendly and accommodating. After having a nightmare flight and chaos from losing my luggage I was in desperate need of a sun kissed glow for my bestfriends wedding the next day with no cash or card since my wallet was also with my luggage and banks were closed I hoped I would be able to get simphathy tan which didn’t happen because Amber nicely explained the policy and regulations of how it wasnt something she realky could sinxe i was even a memeber understandably so but was sympathetic the entire time. I able to smile and realize people still can be nice even when its not the answer we wanted. Next day i came back with cash after a quick trip to the bank and same clothes from previous datum because I was waiting on luggage, I was embarrassed but needed this glow for the wedding but Amber didn’t make me feel gross if anything gave a relatable story and knew what i wanted.( I hope that’s he name she really was a doll not just with me but with other costumer I saw her take care of before me) I work in costumer service as the area training manager for a company in the DMV and she’s the kind of associate we hunt for. Overall A+ experience will be back and will get a monthly membership.

The lady turned every light in the store off while I was trying to redress, leaving me naked in the dark. I guess she had somewhere to go. Nice, huh? While most of my previous experiences had been positive, this little girl was rude enough to ruin ALL of the positive experiences.
