My experience at the Herndon, VA Palm Beach Tan location was fantastic!!! The staff there were super friendly and helpful when deciding which package to choose from, as well as a lotion. They gave me a tour of the facility, which I thought was great! All the beds and rooms appeared to be very clean, which is highly important for me. There were even Fall/Halloween decorations up, which I enjoyed looking at and was super fun! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Very friendly staff, great facility and very up to date tanning machines/options. I started with a free trial and then signed up since they didn’t do the typical harassing phone calls one would expect coming out of a trial membership. I have very light skin and typically burn easily, it took 3 sessions for a good color, but I was being very conservative with the tanning bed times.

OMG!!! Brock helped me yesterday, 3-6-16, as I am new to the area. If he is not a manager already, he NEEDS to be!! I walked in around 4:10 to get some basic info on prices and beds. This guys is a KEEPER! he showed me every room, showed me function and capability of each one, and on top of it, he helped 6-7 costumers who walked in after me, while still helping me! He has some of the best time management I have ever seen in my life. He got me a membership and found the lotion just for me and my acne-prone skin, and I got my tan in, all before 5pm. He needs a raise and a promotion. I’m telling you I literally have never seen someone work so hard, and diligently EVER. I don’t ever do surveys, but I literally found it necessary for him to be recognized. I see him being a DO in his future FOR SURE.. Can’t wait to go back <3
