Love everything about this location. The three Ladies that work at the front are so sweet and helpful. They take care of their beds and are very tidy. Very resourceful when asking questions about tanning and lotions and what not. Prices are a little steep but hey gotta spend to look good these days

Bought a package last summer which was 3 spray tans for $90 (rather expensive) and was not told they expired in 30 days so I was under the impression I had two tans left to use at my convenience. Also, the spray tan did not go on evenly and I can get a better tan by buying my own lotion on amazon. Staff are a little snippy too. Tanning

This will be my 3rd time going. So far so good! Palm Beach is clean and the staff is nice. I have had 2 different beds so far and both were pretty new and nice. You have the option to pick the bed you like if you want. I think there are at least 20 beds. I have not had to wait, in and out so far.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePoor customer service! I was going between the Herndon and Gainesville locations due to traveling from work and home. The Herndon location has always been great. This location has poor management and people skills. I didn’t even get a hello or welcome arriving in. Then I had some questions about my account and the lady was very rude and unfriendly as she always was when I came here. I had a membership for a while and was paying about $65 a month and still not a care in the world by this team. I should have never started coming to the Gainesville location. Poor customer service! I was going between the Herndon and Gainesville locations due to traveling from work and home. The Herndon location has always been great. This location has poor management and people skills. I didn’t even get a hello or welcome arriving in. Then I had some questions about my account and the lady was very rude and unfriendly as she always was when I came here. Update: First, the girl that opened 8/13 & 8/14 is very friendly and professional. However, my tan is uneven. I used Versapro all 3 experiences. First and second time I thought it was user error. Third time, I have the same results and I was careful to position correctly and evenly placed my heels. I called this morning and the young lady stated the machine was recently calibrated but I’m skeptical on the technician’s ability since I am getting the same result that I did back in June. The girl offered to give me a mist if I come back in to even out my legs. The color itself is spot on and natural, I just wish both my legs were the same color. I would not recommend this particular machine as I truly believe it is faulty at the moment. 2 stars given for the excellent customer service I received.
