Love the staff here. Theyre always so pleasant and patient. I think most customer service personnel could take notes from the staff here. They just added a couple new beds that I absolutely love. By far the best location I’ve been to thus far. (Most tanning spots, the staff is rude, but not this one.) Tanning

I went here for a spray tan before a wedding. It had been years since my last spray tan and my first time at Palm Beach Tan and the employee was aware of this. The Versa Spa sprayed me with some liquid but seemed like less than I remembered from years ago at a different company. I noticed zero results and went back the next morning to let them know I didn’t think it sprayed any of the tanning solution on me. She checked the machine and it was “low” she said. She then proceeded to tell me I could get a discounted rate and pay $10 and she couldn’t give me the spray tan for free. I had purchased a pre session mitt the previous night to go with my zero solution spray tan and expected that for free as well but ended up paying for a second mitt and not another spray tan. She said it was up to me to tell her if the solution was low knowing it had been a long time since I’ve gotten a spray tan. Im extremely annoyed and will not be back.

I go to this salon because the South Beach tanning salon I was a member with closed suddenly a few years ago without notice they transferred all of the customer’s personal information here WITHOUT permission or notice. This salon is twice the distance from my house. I will say that the day-to-day staff is amazing. They are very friendly and polite and keep the beds and salon clean and well kept. The beds are maintained well and bulbs changed promptly (for the most part). On the other hand, I noticed that there is a high turn over rate of employees. I will see the same person almost every time I come in and then suddenly I won’t see them anymore. That behavior has been consistent since I began coming here. It seems as though the employee(s) get burned out. Most recently the salon has been opening late (an hour plus), because the employee(s) haven’t showed up. A line of frustrated customers are waiting outside. This leads more to believe that there is poor management of the employees. There appears to be a pretty good clientele and demand, just not enough staff. I do hope this is rectified soon because overall I think this is a pretty good tanning salon, but I am going to start looking elsewhere if I continue to drive all the way here and have to sit for an hour waiting for someone to open.

Went for my first spray tan in prep for my wedding. I was super nervous and had several questions and Lexi was great. She answered all my questions and walked me though the entire process. She had the perfect recommendations and the spray tan turned out excellent. Really appreciated her patience and help, would definitely recommend this place.

I’ve never been super consistent with my tanning but have had a membership with PBT for several years. I stopped in last week and Brianna was the absolute best. There was a pricing promo going on for members that I had no idea about – she stayed open and transparent about the benefits of utilizing it and even showed me the ropes in the bed I had never used before. Brianna is great, the beds are great, the vibe is the greatest – I will be back soon!

I have had the best experiences every time I go here before a special outing. It’s a pleasure to go in and get a cheerful and warm welcome. The manager, Kayla, is always very pleasant to me and everyone else, even while juggling at least a dozen tasks at the same time. It’s apparent she’s a hard worker and always making sure customers are getting quality service.

I just signed up for 1 month of tanning at this place because I’m getting married in a month. When I signed up the “Store Manager” was nice enough. Funny though when I declined the very expensive tanning lotions they offer, because I know you can get them all day long on Amazon for a fraction of the cost, she got a little condescending.

I’m a bit disappointed. I really wanted to like this place, but I’m conflicted. The staff is super nice, but I don’t know if I simply didn’t ask the right questions or if they’re not trained to guide a newbie through the process including prep and aftercare. While I followed all the recommendations I read online about exfoliating and not moisturizing the day of, when I got there I still had no idea what to do. They basically told me it’s really easy and I would have no issues. One of the girls took me to the booth and quickly went through the process(so quick I was trying to keep up) so I tried to follow the instructions as best as I remembered. Now my palms and feet are completely orange and my tan is really dark (I guess they should’ve told me or I should’ve asked that with Versa it’s not ok to let the tan develop for a long time). So now I’m out $50 and desperately trying to remove this tan before vacation 🙁 It might be a rookie’s mistake, but I think for the price they should give you at least a 10min walkthrough of the prep and process and then how to care for it afterwards and how to fix bad spots if necessary. Hopefully I can figure out a homemade solution to my orange hands and feet

I was surprised and very disappointed when I went to the salon yesterday to get a spray tan. I was told that I could purchase more as mine had expired. I bought them in March and was told they expired in May. I remember the package being very expensive and NOT something I would just let expire. The girl that talked to me about this said it is on the paperwork and the receipt. I can read and again- would have been sure to notice something like this and NOT let it expire. She told me “sorry about that” as I walked out. Not impressed.

Worst experience ever. It was my first spray tan, the day before my niece’s wedding. I asked for the light tan since I was so pale but the girl who checked me in convinced me to go for the medium and to purchase a $10 packet of primer that left me looking like a diseased, splotchy Oompa Loompa on my arms and legs (the only places that I used it.) She also didn’t warn me that they don’t clean the floors of the booth so the bottoms of my feet turned a really dark brown.
