The friendliest staff and a wonderful experience. My first time at that location. I’ve tanned at the gym with the basic bed but the upgrade here… AMAZING! A staff member gave me a quick tutorial of all the buttons. It was a great environment and completely pleasant from the time I walked in until I left and they asked how I liked it. The staff operated smoothly and they promptly cleaned beds. I had to wait maybe 10 min for a bed.

Under trained staff resulted in financial information being added to another customer’s account (even with pin security), unprofessional management when customer concern arises, cleanliness of beds are a hit or miss here – sad when customers have to bring their own wipes. Due to this salon being extremely unorganized and unthorough with business practices / protocols, I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Ive added to this post twice and my review is now a 5 star.I have been tanning there since it Baja Beach, I must say since they’ve exchanged owners a few months ago, the staff needs to tone down the additudes. I’m not the only one who misses the other staff, and could pass on this management. It is what it is. Great tanning beds though, very clean The gals at Palm Beach have stepped up their social skills to a more positive vibe. I appreciate that. It’s very nice. Thankyou ✔ I recently ran into a problem, a special feature on an upgraded bed wasn’t working correctly- I called Lauren, there was a mix- up with whatever. She was sweet, she credited money on my account- without my knowledge- and took care of everything. Very Happy, all the gals are dolls. Love it there.

Palm Beach Tan staff is awesome. They are trained and educated in every aspect of the tanning world. The packages are fairly priced and a great deal. So many bonuses. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy coming in to see them. They are a very accommodating. I worked in tanning industry years ago. This place is top notch! The lotions are sometimes a shocking price but the staff knows so much about the product and very willing to share why the price is high due to the goodness of the product and what is in the product. I am willing to spend money on a good product that works and has been explained to me. Kudos!

Critical: ValueI came in to use the stand up booth and they tell me they have none for me that they took them out because they are rentavating the salon. I do not like the beds and never use them so the girl tells me I can use the other salons that are way out of town for me…NO. I’m paying a membership fee and have been coming here for a very long time. The least they could have done was send an email letting me know what was going on here. Now I can’t use my membership for like 2 weeks. I should be credited back money for this inconvenience. This is very upsetting.
