I bought a 3 tan pack because it was the only option I had. This was $90. Nobody told me that they expired within 40 days. I went to use them and there “was nothing they could do”. Essentially I lost $60 and they didn’t care at all. Be careful, this was sneaky. Spray tanning

Very friendly staff, always clean beds. I used to come to the place before they switched over I think it was Baha beach The first time I went there I got burnt so bad because it was my first time tanning and they had put me in for the full time, but this new company palm beach is great They slowly started me out so I didn’t burn and I already built up a base tan without getting any sun burn☺️ they were very informative and nice!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI usually go to West York but I decided since I got off work I would go to East york. I was told it would be 6 minute wait for my bed I said all right, I sat down and I waited, 20 minutes go by and I still haven’t gotten to my bed. Went up to ask the desk lady when my bed would be available, gave her my name and she told me that I was never put on a waiting list. I tell her I want the 11 mins. She sends me back to my bed and the timer goes off within 4 minutes. I get dressed and go back out and they tell me that I can still go back if I want to there’s no point. I was told it would be 6 minute wait for my bed I said all right, I sat down and I waited, 20 minutes go by and I still haven’t gotten to my bed. The front desk is never very polite. I was never explained their products/tanning options or how membership works. They never tell me when I have ‘credits’ on my account (like my spray tan I didn’t know about an is expired now). I waited for 15 mins for the lady to wait on me one morning. My friends all tell me they get the opposite treatment and I don’t understand. The only thing they do is push lotions on you to buy. After my 3 months I doubt I’ll be staying.

I just finished the take a friend Thursday session and I kinda like going. I inquired about maybe getting a membership and was dissapointed that there is not a veterans discount offered. I would think that your establishment would offer something for Vets. Even if it was once a month or some promotion that would benefit our Veterans. Now I am undecided about joining. P.s. Your staff was very nice and helpful.

The beds are great & most of the frequently used have had their bulbs changed recently. They were changed right before the new owners. Bed 3 was done within the past month or so.

If you go into to spray tan dont even bother. I arrived 30 minutes before closing to spray tan and was told there is a new rule that there was 3 people ahead of me and unfortunately because they close in 30 minutes I couldn’t tan. I have never heard something so ridiculous in my life. Bad customer service and horrible business ethics. Guess that’s what you get with young girls not wanting to spend a few minutes after closing.
