Awesome staff when at work. I’ve gone there to find it repeatedly closed b4 the hour to close listed. My job works me 12 hours a day 6 days a week and I don’t appreciate driving for a service that isn’t open when it’s supposed to be. If they can’t staff the shift then the store manager should be there, not leave the customer hanging. Tanning

I have been a loyal member of PBT for months and when I first joined I was very impressed with the salon and staff at the Leymone, PA location. As a busy professional who works in the area I sometimes have limited time to get there. I am a Platinum member here. Over the past several weeks I have had some bad experiences.1. Bed 9 (my favorite bed) has broken down and I was told it was being replaced, but to date it continues to be down.2. Friday hours were reduced to 5pm. So if I tan late on Thursday and try to make a session earlier on Friday I can’t and nor can I go later due to 24 hr restriction.3. Now recently you have had weekend days you are closed due to staffing issues.

It would helpful and a better business practice, if you updated your hours on your website, this is what people look at to know when you’re open, that’s one of the main purposes of a website. I don’t appreciate getting to your Establishment only to find out that the doors are locked at 5:00, with a sign on the door. It’s not 1955, update your website!

For the most part a very nice facility but fall short with customer service. I called to ask if I had left my lotion there and was told due to their strict lost and found policy she couldn’t tell me. I was told I had to come in describe the bottle and how much was in it. I explained to her I would describe it if she would just let me know if it was there because if not I needed to order another before I come to tan. She still refused to tell me! Seriously it’s tanning lotion not a 4 carat diamond ring. I don’t think there is a scam out there for tanning lotions. Also no trash cans in the tanning rooms. I was told people use them as toilets. Honestly check them when you clean the bed after a client and if that person used it kick them out. I will be canceling my membership after this month.

PBT was great until Jamie left. The place seems to be going downhill. There are frequently signs on the door about it closing early due to “unforeseen circumstances.” Why isn’t the website updated? These circumstances do not happen this frequently in a normal world. The kids they have there don’t know their products. They read the back of the bottle. Jamie knew all the products and could compare and contrast them. Jamie was so friendly and personable. You won’t find personality at this location. York and Lemoyne are friendly and helpful. It’s dad to see this place in this state. This isn’t a cheap place so I expect better service and better hours as posted. I may need to look for a competitor soon if this doesn’t improve. We miss Jamie!

The ladies at PBT made becoming a member super easy and enjoyable! They’re professional, sweet and explained everything in detail (membership and tanning products) and did not show any signs that i was a burden! The facility is EXTREMELY clean, as are the beds and you can tell bulbs are also changed regularly! I gave PBT a try because we live down the street but i would happily drive a further distance to use this location 🙂

They give Palm Beach Tan a bad reputation by how they treat customers. When I go into a place, customer service is a big thing for me. Their customer service skills suck. They’re very pushy, and when you say no, they give you attitude and act in a non professional manner. I’ve had a membership for a few years & I cancelled because of how disrespectful they are. Palm Beach Tan must not care about their customers like they say they do, by having them two employed with the positions they are in.
