I wanted to cancel my membership and someone I spoke with on the phone said to just make to come in before the next charge, so when I went to cancel it they said I am mistaken and nobody said that to me. And you have to cancel basically a whole week before the next charge. They should make that CLEAR. Rude Staff AND The woman I spoke with pulled down her mask all the way while talking to me. And probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wanted to cancel my membership and someone I spoke with on the phone said to just make to come in before the next charge, so when I went to cancel it they said I am mistaken and nobody said that to me. Really cool place. Pretty girls work there also so it’s motivating for me to get tan. Good selection of lotions and friendly vibes. Place is very clean, I would give it a five star but some of bulbs in certain beds are on the way out and need to be changed they are not strong enough if you get the wrong bed

Don’t listen to these reviews. This place is terrible and most of the people writing the reviews work there so they are biased. In my experience the staff was so rude. They want to make quick money any way possible and will tell you anything that will do that. If you want to just do a month you have to start at the middle of the month for you not be charged the following month as well. Trust me when I say this, you will save yourself a lot of headache and find another place to tan. If you want honest reviews go to yelp and read what people are saying on their website. Those are honest reviews by people and you will see that they are saying the same things I am. You will thank me in the long run! STAY AWAY

Yes the store has had employees that don’t seem happy with their job. Or are in a bad mood at times. But then aren’t we all at times in our lifes. As for the service on the most part it is quite good. I have brought up equipment issues and employee issues with managers are times and they do handle it. As with other customers the 24 hr wait period is a pain, especially if your on a swing shift schedule. It would be much better if it were an 18 hr minimum. There is NO State Law and NO City Regulation saying it has to be 24 hrs, that is PBT Corporate Office rule.

Seems like a good place. I go here before I go on vacation to a sunny place to get my base tan. They are friendly, but probably not the best experts on what is good for your skin. Go there with some self knowledge about what is right for YOU.

Very unprofessional. They cancelled account based on an error on there end. Told me I could tan but could no longer use my subscription and would have to pay full price. No management on site. Could not call or contact anyone. Horrible service. Worst service I have ever had in my entire life. Extremely dissatisfied.

The front desk upsold me into a three tan package (mea culpa) and then when I came back a few months later to use my second one they said that it had expired, even though I had not been giving any documentation or verbal indication that such a thing were possible.
