Stephanie and her team are superb. If only the franchise owner would fix the diamond bed they have so you can turn the extremely high fans off and not freeze while you lay naked, would be great but the staff is super amazing!

The assistant manager (Nate?) was extremely nice and helpful. This was my first time at PBT and I was impressed with all the options for spray tans. Unfortunately, my spray tan came out a little patchy in some areas which is disappointing because I used a primer bought at the register. I wouldn’t pay $56 again but I’d probably return in a pinch.

I recently came in to use a bed and upgraded to the next level. I was offered the special deal to have unlimited upgrades for the next 6 weeks, but declined. I enjoyed the diamond level bed and regretted not taking advantage. The young woman at the desk was very professional but the best part was after I was done tanning I had left the room to freshen up and when I was about to leave she called me from the room she was cleaning to let me know I had left my jewelery, which consisted of an expensive watch, a family heirloom, and another silver chain. I was relieved that I hadn’t forgotten them and that she was an honest employee. I also had dropped an arrangement of flowers and she helped me pick them up. It was very considerate and I appreciated the customer service on top of the great upgrade!
