Although I specifically asked the front desk lady to sign me up ONE month of tanning ONLY, I was enrolled in a membership without me knowing. I was surprised when I saw a charge for a second month I did not approve. After contacting the office they emailed me back stating I signed an agreement, which I have no recollection of signing. Never was I explained that I am agreeing to recurrent charges or was I SHOWN an agreement I supposedly signed. The front desk has no client-facing computer and even if we are signing something there is not way to see the details. They refused to refund me, even though it was not my mistake that I was singed up for something I did not request. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and refunding the monthly fee, they did not even respond to my emails. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

went to this place last week for my first time. Lady at front desk was very disrespectful and was not informative at all, and got mad when I asked more questions about my spray tan. Also, never told me that it wouldn’t spray my face in which it didnt. I payed almost $60 for the tan to last not even 3 days. Will not be coming back. Spray tanning

Palm Beach Tan in Westport is the absolute perfect place to tan! There are other palm beach’s nearby but this one is the cleanest and best run one around. Nicole the manager runs a tight ship and the place always looks and feels so clean. The staff, especially Kim and Teresa, are super friendly and always greet the costumers with a smile. I love coming here because of how great everyone is. I love that they have two diamond beds now so you don’t have to wait. The spray tans are pretty good but I prefer the sun beds. I like the selection of beds/stand ups for platinum members which I have. They have a great selection of lotions and the staff is knowledgeable about them. They even have small packets to buy/try before buying large bottle. I also like that I can freeze my account for the summer months and when I unfreeze all that money goes toward my account so it’s not wasted. Overall a great experience and facility thanks to Nicole!. I have been coming for years and will continue to come!

I was shocked at the difference in price. Norwalk tanning salons with no exaggeration, I’m paying a 5th in Westport, of what Norwalk charges. Very good service. Very helpful and polite young ladies that work there. Also very clean.

5 stars! This tanning salon truly rocks! I live in Oregon and I was just looking for a tanning salon to use while I am in town and sure enough I found PBT in Stratford! These gals are super nice and not pushy at all. Yes they will suggest their favorite lotion to use but they won’t ever push a certain lotion in you! The manager Nicole is amazing! Thank you Palm Beach for an awesome experience!

Two days after beginning my tan package I started getting a rash on my arms and neck. It didn’t go away so I went to a dermatologist and it was staph infection. After explaining that i have the same daily routine and nothing has changed except tanning he confirmed it was more than likely from the dirty tanning bed. After calling and asking for a refund for my membership + lotion (which will be thrown out) the girl said no problem. Then instead I was refunded $50 instead of the $150 I spent.

Came all the way from NY to get a spray tan for a wedding. Tanning salon was really packed when u came. I asked for a spray tan and waited for 10 min cause there was only one staff. I haven’t gotten a spray tan in awhile so I asked how it works. Felt really rushed the lady recommended the spray tan booth with the two sides. Idk if it was because they were getting people and out but the next day I was really streaky. I’m really upset cause it’s a lot for a spray tan and now I can to try and fix the patches I have and the streaks before the wedding. I did get a spray tan in a salon down south the same company and it was an amazing experience. This salon in CT is the worse I thought it would of been better. Idk if they give a discount on another spray tan or what because every body part is different colors right now.
