I have been going here for 7 years. The staff is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are always polite and friendly and always have smiles on their faces. The staff is always pleasant and try their absoulte best to get you into a bed of your package deal. Clean, nice beds. I just wish it wasn’t so much to upgrade to a higher bed for those once in a while times you need to add a little boost to your tan.

I almost want to ask if this location is even open anymore!?! Their new “Covid excuse” hours make it as convenient to tan as dial up internet! No one ever answers the phone so I can’t even see when they open. Then I drive there go to tan and the girl says the computers are down you will have to come back! What why are the employees unable to figure out their computer system for customers who pay monthly to tan! I honestly haven’t trusted the cleanliness of the beds here in a long time and a new tanning place is well over due. This was close to my house but that isn’t even helpful anymore. How is someone with a job and a family suppose to tan with these hours and the incompetence of the employees. To be honest it used to seem like one girl was always high out of her mind, I couldn’t tell you if she still works there but if she doesn’t that explains a lot. Terrible please support a local mom and pop tanning salon instead they value their relationships with clients where PBT only cares about $$$

I too work in a customer service environment, they are so friendly when you walk in. You can see them smiling thru their masks, very impressive! Teresa prides herself (and she should) on knowing your name and what you like. Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products, I credit Teresa with this…. she is the manager for a reason. During COVID I have noticed that people always take a minute to complain, why? Do they not have enough to do. I try to point out the good. The staff is great! The problem is that the facility is not consistent with working bulbs in all the beds/stand ups. You would think that the gold membership is most popular so the bulbs would always be in working order also, the facility is not always clean. I recently had an experience where the bathroom was dirty with no toilet paper available unless you count the scraps on the floor and I realized once I was in my gold stand-up; it had not been cleaned .ohh and someone’s hair kept flying around my face .I’m not blonde, it wasn’t mine
