Super clean and friendly! They follow all CDC guidelines and have shields and sanitize everything. I got a dip manicure from Anne. The hostess provided incredible customer service, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice. Their prices are very reasonable. My full dip set (no extensions) was $34. It’s hard to find a good nail place but I love my new nails from Palm Beach Nail Salon!

This place is TERRIBLE! I got an acrylic fill with gel polish here. Within the next 2 days my nails started chipping and the polish was peeling off. I have never had this problem at any other salon within that short of a time period and I pay more for gel polish than regular polish because it is supposed to last LONGER. I went back a couple days later, as I have school and Work and could not go back right away, asking them to repaint my nails. They wanted to charge me $20 for a “color change” after I paid $40 the first time. That’s just ridiculous. The people were rude and not helpful at all. I am NEVER going here again.

I love this place ! I went for my first time and got a pedicure and dip manicure. Ling ling did amazing and the pregnant lady at the front is extremely kind & sweet. I like the whole atmosphere here and it’s super clean and pretty inside! I highly recommend this location… great customer service and very thorough work! I’ll be back for sure!

For the longest time I’ve been looking for a salon that gets the coffin shape right and I finally found it! After reviewing their Yelp page I decided to walk in to get my nails done. I showed the girl exactly what I wanted and she got to work. I was a little concerned because she was working very fast and I thought they weren’t going to come out good but in the end she did a fantastic job! I will definitely be making this my regular salon from now on.

Great nails, very accommodating. My 5 and 7 year old girls love coming with me for the best “fancy hello kitty” polish around. Ask for Tina! She’s awesome and does the best durable acrylic nails! I can go 3-4 weeks without a fill (not by choice) and they never break and are always on point! She never minds my old school #duckfeet #moonshapped nails in this world full of stilettos.

I’m not the one to usually leave reviews HOWEVER today proved to me why I no longer go to palm beach nails. I was a regular client for 3 years straight and I have stopped going since the past year and half. The atmosphere has changed a lot! The customer service is BAD! Time to time I have gone for pedicures due to the cleanliness I trust there.. to begin with always a new receptionist, this lady today who is a nail tech was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. I was looking over my color options when she yelled across the room if I was okay? Politely I said yes in confusion. I’m a customer choosing my colors walking to the nail tech station. I was minding my business picking out my color while walking toward the tech. That was uncalled for. Later on when I’m going to pay she helps the nail that did my nails with my payment. She threw my card at me. “ here’s your credit card” didn’t even hand it to me in my hand. I was putting my card away when she said bye twice before I put my wallet away and left the door. I like the cleanliness but with the terrible customer service I no longer can support this business. It really pushed me off the ledge with today experience.

I had a pedi with ling which was great. She also did my nails which were not so great and my hair kept getting stuck in them while I washedy hair. I would come back for a pedi but not for my nails. Nail color selection was good Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI called ahead and asked if i could come in short notice and they said yes, so i scheduled an appointment for 30 minutes later and showed up 5 minutes early. The girl who was doing my nails was in the middle of doing her own nails. To be fair, I came in with cheap walmart press ons and nexgen remained underneath that day as I was trying to cover my busted nails. My “nail tech”, which I found out later that appointment wasn’t even a current employee, spent almost two hours drilling away at my nails and cuticles. At first I understood since I had super glue and nexgen on my nails, but when everything was smooth she kept going back in with drill and drilling my nails out. It kept getting really hot and hurting me but I didn’t want to say anything. By the two hour mark I was about to ask her to please stop using the drill because I was afraid she would drill straight through my nails. When she finally started working on the actual acrylics, she spent so long applying the liquid powder stuff and at this point I was getting antsy and just wanted to get out of there. I’ll give her this, I personally loved the shape, but no matter how good the shape was what she did to them afterwards ruined them. I don’t understand why nail technician don’t know how to tell a customer “no”. I would much rather them tell me that they can’t do what i’m asking them to do then for them to attempt to copy and fail miserably. I wanted a double lined french tip which I didn’t think was too difficult but required more work then I thought, even though applying the paint took probably not even 15 minutes over the whole appointment. Not only were the colors inverted and not what I told her, it didn’t even look like a french tip design at that point. The lines were so thick and uneven. I wanted to start crying at the drying fans. I tipped the lady $7 for a $55 acrylic set just to go into my car and sob. But that’s not even the worst part, my nails were so damaged from how much drilling she did to them one of them broke horizontally in the middle of my nail and detached from the nail bed and all my nails are super thin and flimsy. There are two things I learned from this experience, 1. Never get acrylics and 2. Spend the extra money to treat your nails. I’m upset I gave to find yet another nail place to go to because unfortunately I will not be returning here which is a shame because everyone in there is so nice especially the front desk girl.Service: Acrylic nailsI called ahead and asked if i could come in short notice and they said yes, so i scheduled an appointment for 30 minutes later and showed up 5 minutes early. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a not so good next gen eight days before at this salon. 3 nails popped off! Natalie made it better by scheduling me with a different tech, Tina, at a discounted price. My nails look great now. I wish I had NOT spent so much time & money there in an eight day span but they did their best to make it right.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I was looking for a spot that does different things with nails. Since i moved here from Pennsylvania 2 years ago i haven’t found any place that does gel designs so i changed to nexgen. Jenny at palm beach did an ombre design i love.
