I am very disappointed in this place. First of all the first ever session I had done with a young girl that made me very uncomfortable, and was acting very strange. Then the second session I had a person who I was much more comfortable with. However, I had rescheduled the appointment due to the fact that I had been on my period and moved it the week after. I called the number online to change the appointment. At the session, the person greeted me with my name, and we began the session however I realized very quickly that the laser was way more painful than the first session(mind you this was only my second session of my first ever package). I had to tell her to go really slow and use a cold cloth after each time because it was so much more painful than the first time. After the session, I was going to reschedule my next appointment with her and on the online system, my name and date of birth were correct however, my address and phone number were incorrect, and it showed in the notes that it was the third session of the second package. It was very obvious that my account somehow got mixed with somebody else’s. Therefore the tech realized that she had given me a laser strength of somebody else who is on a much stronger level due to them have been further along in their laser hair removal. For The next week I had a rash, a bumpy rash on my inner thighs that was itchy. I became very worried and ask some doctors that I knew about it. I used some remedies, and luckily it eventually went away on its own, but I always follow the protocol for the laser hair removal so I am assuming it was due to the strength of the laser. This could have been very dangerous and they are lucky I did not cause a lawsuit. recently I had to reschedule my session again due to getting my period and I did not tell them why I was rescheduling, and they then decided to try and charge me a cancellation fee, even though in the past I had canceled last minute due to the same reason and they did not charge that. Moral of the story is the careful where you choose to get laser done because the mistake that they had made for me was NOT OK. Next time I will be choosing a different place that is more professional and organized. Also, the phone number called me in regards to trying to cancel my appointments and told me they charge a fee because they require more notice so that they can give other customers a chance to get in which was ironic because at 9 AM in the morning the day of my appointment, they called me to say they had two openings earlier in the day if I wanted to switch so clearly other people cancel all the time last minute. I’m done with my rant. If I were you, find a place with better professionalism and equipment.

I had been using Palm Beach laser for more than 2 years when in June of this year, a new tech started when I also started hair removal on legs. I have an ankle tattoo which she knew about and skipped on the first session, 2nd session comes weeks later and she lasered my tattoo. It burned right away. I jumped out of the table and smaller the burn right away. Before leg session she also burned me on my Brazilian area. I left and call the office.. a doctor from the spa called me along with the manager and put in a burn cream prescription to my pharmacy. Never offered to pay for it. Days went by and the burn got worse. I had blisters and ended up with an infection. I had to cancel 2 summer trips as my doctor told me to not go in the sun or salt water before it healed completely. Manager offered me “one free medium session” for the trouble. She was also suppose to refund the sessions I paid for as I wasn’t going back to them again after the incident. I never got any money refunded or any type of follow up on my case. Weeks later when it finally healed I was left with scar tissue and a ruined tattoo that I got done in memory of my childhood dog that had passed away a few years back. Looked into tattoo removal or how to fix it and it’s super expensive. Hired a lawyer and guess what? The insurance policy they have doesn’t protect clients for incidents like mine. My lawyer wanted to go for mal practice and honestly I declined as I had enough trouble with all this. Be really careful using this business. They do not care about clients at all. I started with them with old owners back in 2019.. Coral Springs location. This incident happened in June 2022 at the Boca Location.

Great experience from start to finish, called and got scheduled in about 6-7 mins, had my appointment 4 days later, I did my chest and stomach it was only $320 for 6 sessions, that’s a very good price, I’m on my 3rd session and I can see significantly less hair, and the regrowth is slower, I’m happy I chose Palm Beach Laser

Great customer service which is key in any business. Spoke to Sue the owner and she was wonderful and help me get set up. I met with Mona who took care of me for three sessions and I saw the results on the second treatment as my hair is really corse. Best please ever. I’m going to miss you ladies. Sorry I had to move. I don’t really ever review a company but Ive had such a good experience I wanted to share it with others who are thinking about going with them. I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. I had never done it before and didn’t know what to expect. When scheduling they are so thorough with their tips of what to do to prep for the appointment it made me feel so much better going in to the first one. They also didn’t treat me any different purchasing from Groupon, which I have had other companies do. I did a few of my initial appointments with a lady that was substituting temporarily and she was great and answered all the questions I had for aftercare and what you should and shouldn’t do. I probably asked too many questions but she didn’t seem phased or annoyed, she answered all of them and gave me additional tips I hadn’t thought to ask about. My last few appointments have been with Mona, and she maintained the same level of relationship and professionalism. I thought it would be awkward being exposed again to a new person but she was super friendly and made me feel super comfortable. I would from time to time sing to distract myself and we had some good laughs. It hurts a bit but they are super helpful with tips on how to minimize it, like shaving the night before, using their numbing cream, they even offer you a wipe to pad down as you’re going through the session for the cooling effect, and also aloe for after the appointment is done. I have recommended 2 of my friends to them and they also loved the experience they had. I have done so far 5 of my sessions and have seen a great change in hair growth and how much thinner the hair comes in, for the few ones that still do.
