Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI recently relocated to Palm Beach county and needed to find a new salon. I chose Palm Beach Hair randomly from Google because of the positive reviews. I have really fine, straight hair, so I’m always nervous to try a new salon because I feel like not many stylists understand what to do with fine hair. From the first call that I made to the salon, I felt like I was in good hands. I explained over the phone to Tracy what I wanted and she had me text her some pictures of my hair. At my appointment, Tracy really took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and look at pictures with me. She was very knowledgeable and professional and I immediately felt relaxed. The whole process went smoothly and the rest of the staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. My color and cut turned out amazing AND Tracy took the time to actually style my hair!!! (All of the salons where I came from usually sent me home with a wet head, even if I was willing to pay for the blow dry and style.) I recently relocated to Palm Beach county and needed to find a new salon. I chose Palm Beach Hair randomly from Google because of the positive reviews. I have really fine, straight hair, so I’m always nervous to try a new salon because I feel like not many stylists understand what to do with fine hair. She’s an artist in her own right and can always make any adjustments that your Hair might require while taking into consideration your personal preferences. I strayed away a few times since the salon is 30 minutes from my home in Delray Beach, but I rushed back for needed correction. Never again. Tracy is always cheerful, pleasant , caring and punctual. Her salon is always clean. She has now stretched herself to all needed Covid19 protection guidelines so I was very happy to venture out knowing I was in capable hands.The owner Tracy is a marvelous colorist. The owner Tracy is a marvelous colorist. She’s an artist in her own right and can always make any adjustments that your Hair might require while taking into consideration your personal preferences.
