Critical: Cleanliness, QualityABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I went here to get acrylics and the entire time the lady basically abused my hands. I left with multiple cuts, crooked nails, thick amounts of dip powder (which wasn’t clear / it was black) and i asked for normal clear powder with black polish. After buffing my nails very aggressively, the woman did not dust them and immediately put a clear coat, leaving me with spots of powder everywhere. I complained to the manager and still ended up paying 80% for the nails I got. I do not mind paying for supplies used, but with nails THIS bad, they could have tried to fix them. The woman also kept switching the dirty drillheads back and forth with another nail tech the whole time without cleaning them. With the amount of cuts I have, i also probably aquired a disease due to unsafe practices. Amazing pedicure service. Worth every penny. My gel toes lasted 2 months and they aren’t on right now ( which is 3 months from my visit) because I took them off myself because my nails were getting longer than my liking. But they didn’t chip or tear not once. Definitely making this my home salon. P.s. get the massage and thank me later

I loved coming here after not ever having my nails professionally done before. It definitely helps walking in and knowing what you want. I used pictures that I got online of nail ideas and the ladies were very patient with me while I decided what I wanted to do. I went with two sets, acrylics for my nails and just color on my toes. No pedicure or manicure but their deals for those looked pretty good for next time.
