This was my first experience with the nail salon and I was extremely impressed. My manicure was so relaxing and she took her time to make sure it was a great experience. I loved it! Palazzo Nails and Spa is my go-to for a great manicure. They’re very detail oriented and made sure I was happy with my nails. The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.

Palazzo Nails and Spa is the best place to be pampered in a peaceful environment with the best nail professionals! They are always striving to do a great job to make sure you’re satisfied. I had a great pedicure experience with one female staff but the male staff that did my nails was incredibly rude. I called ahead before coming in since I didn’t have an appointment and he said yes we have room come in. Came in 10min later and the male staff said were almost closed. Which stopped me in my tracks because that’s why I called ahead. He didn’t do very well on my cuticles and didn’t include the hand massage. Also didn’t use gel to lock in my dip. I’m really not one to complain about these trivial things but he was so rude I felt so unwelcome and rushed out. Paid $100 for all services that I usually pay $80 something elsewhere. Came back a week later because I can already see cracking on the dip. When I showed the same mail tech, he said “no one else comes back for these and no one shines a line on cracks just for you to see” overall horrible customer services. Never coming back.

After SO many different places over the years feel like we finally found a reliable amazing go-to! The staff is so amazing and great. We don’t get our nails done often but when we do we come here now. Never disappointed. They provide a wonderful service and great prices. The atmosphere is perfect Highly recommend Palazzo Nails and Spa

I am beyond happy with the nails I came out with. My favorite time to myself. My experience was great! Highly recommend Palazzo Nails and Spa! Prices comparable to other salons. The best pedicure experience I’ve had! I’m excited to recommend it to my friends and family due to their fantastic service and craftsmanship.

Everyone who works there seems very nice. I had a pedicure and manicure. Both came out very nice. I felt my person rushed through my pedicure. No one else was waiting for a pedicure. The furniture appears older with many scratches and dents. Tools appear clean, although they didn’t open them in front of me, they came out with a plastic bin with the tools inside. The counter where you dry your nails had some dust and fingerprints. Price was decent $47 for both.
