I started going to Palazzo in Acworth earlier this year and discovered a hidden gem and her name is Nicky!! She ALWAYS exceeds my expectations and does all designs freehanded. Two stars given for the friendly staff, however the techs are extremely inconsistent with their technique. Quality has gone down in the last 6mo. I come here for gel pedicures only and I’d say that the ratio is about 1 good pedi for every 6/7 terrible. Most techs are extremely young and untrained, we’re talking 16-17 y/o… The girl who did mine today had no clue how to use or even hold the nail drill. She used a rough file to take off my old gel, leaving my raw nails sensitive and paper thin.. She also struggled with cuticle care and shaping. You can see the lumps and unevenness in my photo below. After several less than average experiences, I am going to have to find somewhere else. This is a $48-65 service depending on package. Too much $ to walk out the door looking like this…. The lady who oversees came and looked at my toes when they were done… I know you know that looked bad… Please train your staff to use these somewhat dangerous (hot) tools. I know they have to gain experience, but you should not expect customers to leave looking like this.. I’m not a complainer nor did I want to embarrass the tech, so I paid, tipped, and left. But I won’t be back.

My mother and I have been searching for a new nail salon. This was the worst place we have been to yet. We paid for the deluxe pedicure & manicure with a 10 minute massage and only received about 5 to 6 minutes. The water was extremely hot to the point I could not even keep my feet soaking. During the manicure she started cutting my nails and then tried to file them and made them bleed. During the pedicure the lady could not even trim toenails because her nails were so extremely long! And There was no way she was going to be able to get the ingrown out of my big toe. After getting another person to try they were not any better. Even the leg massage (pressure)was lacking so much! The whole experience was terrible!

The guy that did me and my friends nails did a horrible job. I don’t remember his name, quite frankly it wasn’t that important. He was wearing an American flag mask and he is bald. He kept asking us to stay still and was very impatient. He did a sloppy job on both of our nails. We asked for a french tip simple nail. The lines were crooked and the nail was bumpy. If I ever DO come back i will definitely not be assigned with this man.

So glad a gave Palazzo Nail a second try. If anyone is looking for a nail place please go check out Tom at Palazzo Nail. This is the fourth time I’ve had my nails done by him and I haven’t been disappointed! He does great work! Excuse the scuff marks those are my doings :/

This place is very reasonable in price. Love the choice of soda water or WINE!!! I go and chill with my wife when she gets her mails done and enjoy a little Moscato. Chin is the absolute sweetest and best nail tech. Very professional and a perfectionist.

Been coming here last few months with no problem. Now service has gone down the drain. Today the nail tech from the time he started working on my nails forcefully pulled my finger mind you did not complete my nails and the lady that did my pedicure didn’t even use the foot file on my feet. Management did nothing to make the situation better!!!! All she tried to do was tell me the worker was having problems at home. Still no reason for bad service. I will not be giving my to palazzo ever again.

Incredibly professional and wonderful customer service. Sarah and Stacy are wonderful and I’m so incredibly happy to give them my business. Two incredible ladies with great talent. Always alway a pleasant experience. The front desk staff are so friendly and warm. Palazzo deserves 10 stars!
