I have went to this nail salon many times since they’ve opened, and for the longest time I thoroughly enjoyed visiting. The last few times have been bad, but this visit was by far the worst. They are busy, I get that. I waited 40 minutes for them to start on my nails, didn’t complain once, as they told me they were understaffed and I completely understood. Sat through my pedicure, and left with terrible nails. My right big toe is so crooked, and all of my nails are discolored from whatever they put on it. I had no more time after over 2 hours for 1 service to get them fixed, so I had to leave with these. Super dissatisfied, will need to find a new nail salon.

Today, I went into Palazzo Nails for a nail color change because my polish was chipping. I’m very aware of the increase in pricing due to “inflation”, but the fact that I was charged $28 for a 1 color, color change is absurd! TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS! When she gave me my total I was shook! Lol Apparently a color change on acrylic is $28 & a color change on your “real nail” is $25. That is insane. Not to mention, I personally know of others who are charged far less than that at this same location! I absolutely love their pedicures & the convenience, but I am making the conscious decision to end my relationship with Palazzo Nails & seek a Black Owned & Operated Nail Tech✨

I just had my nails done one week ago and spent $60 and three of them are already chipped and messed up. I tried to go in today and get them fixed(willing to pay) and he told me he couldn’t do it. Unbelievable. I have never had my nails get messed up that quickly especially when I spend that amount of money. I will not return to this salon.

I want to start by saying that I usually never write reviews, but I feel as if Palazzo Nail Spa deserves one. Palazzo nails have been my to go to nail salon for about three months now. Each visit had always left me highly satisfied until yesterday. The color was too pink, and the french tip lines were messy. I called and asked if they could fix them, and they immediately agreed. They understood that my job requires basic French tips and that I could get into trouble for having unprofessional nails. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted, and the man behind the counter apologized. The man who did my nails was very careful to ensure the nails weren’t too pink this time. And he did a fantastic job. My nails have never looked better and more professional! I am so grateful that they were willing to fix my nails. Palazzo Nail Spa is an establishment that truly cares about its customers. This is an experience I will never forget, and I cannot wait to go back!

I always go here to get my pedicures. Their stylists are simply amazing at them, but this was my first time getting my nails done. I came in with an issue from my previous stylist at a different salon, and they immediately had a solution for my nails. The stylist made sure everything was to my liking as she did each step and I walked out so much happier then when I came in. Will definitely be going back for all my nail needs from now on.

Highly recommend! I have my nails done every 3 weeks. We are traveling through and I called bc of a recommendation from our hotel desk clerk, they got me in within 10 minutes for a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure, I honestly think that I’ve never had a better pedicure! My dip powder manicure ranks in the top three best too. They were careful, and extremely detailed. I am very pleased with my tips and toes

I must say I am extremely impressed and pleased with my SNS service today. Tony was the BOMB. The way he shaped and was very patient and detailed. Great customer service, clean environment and he was just the BEST to me and others customers that entered the building as well greeting his staff. I absolutely recommend him. We went back in June. I was gonna be having surgery and just wanted to relax and unwind. My boyfriend and roommate went as well. They got theirs started on while I just sat for 20 minutes without even soaking. When she finally started mine she was extremely rude. I had acrylics put on my big toes and she automatically wanted my foot in the water. When I questioned, cause the acrylic wasn’t dry, she smacked my leg and said “foot in water”!! My boyfriend paid for the same package for all 3 of us. Please tell me how she was through with me 5 minutes after they were done and I had acrylics put on and I sat for 20 minutes while they were being done before she started mine. Will never go back

I never ever leave reviews. I’ve been coming to palazzo for about a year now and I love them. However this time was different for whatever reason . The nail tech burnt my fingers which happens but not this much. I asked them if they could round the edges a little and they said “I’m in charge not you” which is crazy since they’re my nails… the tech made me feel really bad for asking them to round the edges so I didn’t ask for anything else. Normally my experiences are amazing
