I took time off of work to make an appointment with Hanna, and I didn’t even end up seeing her. A guy did my nails instead and they were filed way too much and are painful and pretty messy. There are hairs in my nails which I didn’t realize until I had paid and left (see pics). They’re so sore that I don’t even want to go back and have it redone because it’ll only hurt more. Just overall had a terrible experience and took time off when I didn’t have to since I didn’t get the person I requested. I would recommend selecting someone and being adamant you see that person since they don’t check the details of your appointment. Honestly I don’t understand why they even schedule appointments if they never look at it. Just really upset, this is my first bad experience and I have been here multiple times so maybe it’s just a one time thing, but it was still incredibly frustrating.
