Critical: QualityI used to get my pedicure only at this place, and once or twice I did my nails buy something basic. Today I went in for a fill because my nail lady wasn’t available. Let me tell you this are the worst nails I’ve ever had. Laive was getting mad because I would tell her I don’t like something about the nails. She also was complaining that it was her day off and she worked overtime and that she had to come back tomorrow. I used to get my pedicure only at this place, and once or twice I did my nails buy something basic. Today I went in for a fill because my nail lady wasn’t available. Let me tell you this are the worst nails I’ve ever had. Laive was getting mad because I would tell her I don’t like something about the nails. Critical: CommunicationWas disappointed with my experience here.I can’t speak poorly about their services or wait times because I only went in to remove my set to give my natural nail a break.My disappointment came when she began clipping away at my nail cutting them really short. I assume she thought I had tips under my dip. When I told her this she just said “oh” and said she thought I wanted them short.Once she finished taking off the dip powder she said I was done. She did not take the time to shape my nails. When I asked her to shape them she seemed confused (so maybe they dont automatically shape you nails?) either way she ran a file over them “to shape them” and that was that.2 stars only because I wish she would have asked what I wanted instead of just clipping away at my nails and doing a mediocre job at shaping them when I asked for it. On 10.27.22 (Thursday) I went in for a cat eye gel manicure/pedicure and to do my eyebrows. The pedicure done by Rose was fine. But they changed the manicurist and the woman with the red shirt with silver stars didn’t know what she was doing and when I tried to explain to her that it looked nothing like my feet she tried to say that they were the same when obviously they weren’t. It looked like I had globs of gold glitter all over my nails instead of the cat eye look. She got upset and went to talk to Rose who did my pedicure. When she came back she said that Rose does eye cat differently and she got a bowl full of pure acetone to soak the polish off again. It was so bad that my cuticles were burning and when I told her she turned on a small fan for me to fan my nails??? I was beyond upset because this is the 3rd time I ask for something and it’s done incorrectly. Two of the other technicians kept commenting and looking at me. I don’t know what they were saying but it was extremely uncomfortable. Rudeness and horrible service will get you nowhere! On top of that my upper eylids are burnt. I had to show up to my daughter’s wedding looking horible. I can’t believe that I paid $108.00 to be tortured! Will never go back or recommend this place.

Critical: QualityThe photos speak for themselves, im literally so upset my fingers hurt, the shape and length is not at all what i wanted and i asked for it to be fixed and she did what seemed liked fixing it but they still turned out god awful. I payed $40 & do not recommend it at all

I would have given more stars but the last 2 times I’ve been to this salon, which by the way, I’ve been going to for years now, has lacked in service. The last 2 pedicures have been rushed and the tech didn’t eve n ask me which pedicure service I wanted and just gave me a regular pedicure where she didn’t even put on the time to really clean and massage or even soak my feet n toes. It’s the same lasy that does this and one other as well. It used to be very pampering but now prices are higher and service is less. Hopefully, they get back to how they used to be or I may have to research another nail spa.
