I called around 11am to get my hair done on a Sunday and the hair dresser told me she accepts her last client at 3:30pm. My mom from out of town and I got myself and my 19 month old son ready – GOT ON THE BUS ALL THE WAY DOWNTOWN by 2:25pm ONLY FOR A WASH AND SET AND THE HAIR DRESSER RAN TO THE DOOR TO TELL ME SORRY WE ARE CLOSED ! It was 87 degrees outside – poor professionalism and poor service. She could have had the decency since I was already there to take me.

Arrived at 4:25pm on Christmas Eve- “OPEN” sign was lit. I walked in and the woman shouted “ sorry mommy we closed. I told her the sign said “ open”. She didn’t offer to take me so I left. After leaving, I noticed an employee turned off the sign- should of been done that!

The older woman washed, blow dried, and cut my hair. The cut looks ok but she is very heavy handed. I had to tell her she was burning my scalp with the blow dryer. She is very careless about how she holds the blowdryer and flat iron. Never again!
