Critical: CommunicationI’ve been feeling stressed and needed a massage. Called to see if they took walk-ins and they said they did and then asked if they have availability if I arrived soon, they said yes. I walk in and choose the massage I want, the receptionist asks if I want a man or a woman and I’d prefer a woman. She says it will be an hour. Next time I should call ahead. I said I called ahead and asked and then she says I should have asked for a woman as well while on the phone. Blaming me once and then twice in less than a blink of an eye. At that point no way was I going here. Treat people better and explain things before blaming someone for not knowing.Have you ever left a massage place more stressed than when you entered?
